Ask for LuLu! She's such a gifted healer, and one of the best kept secrets in New York City. I can always count on LuLu to make me feel better when my body is out of whack. I don't know about the rest of the staff, but if you ask for LuLu you will always get a great massage. She's amazing!!!

Absolutely amazing! My husband and I loved our couples massage, deep tissue…. We extended from 60 min to 90 min! We will be back. Got a great deal on Groupon. I’m glad we discovered it. Can’t wait to treat ourselves again! Thank you!!

Не могу сказать, что восторг. Бабуля часто отвлекалась и смотрела на время. Массаж этих денег не стоит. За 60 минут ноги чисто погладили и намазали кремом. Как таковой массаж я не получила. Сделан кое как. Больше не приду.

Would not recommend. I was placed in an extremely noisy and visibly unpleasant room, all the way at the end of the hall, compared to the many others that were available at the time of my service.

had the most incredible facial at here! The ambiance was calming and inviting, making it easy to relax as soon as I walked in. The staff was friendly, professional, and took great care in assessing my skin needs before customizing the treatment. The products used were top-notch, and my skin felt rejuvenated, soft, and glowing afterward. It’s clear they take pride in delivering exceptional service, and I left feeling pampered and refreshed. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE… I went a week ago.I wouldn’t recommend. The massage was terrible. Customer service was horrible, there was no system for who came in next. I got skipped by 2 ppl even though I was waiting out front. As soon as you walk in it smelled really bad. During my massage I said multiple time to not massage a certain area of my body and its hurting. My masseuse had no idea what she was doing. When I was trying to leave a lady stood in front of me and demanded tip even though she did not deserve it. I gave it so I could leave. I would NEVER go here again.
