Loved my first experience here and will definitely be coming back. I had a lot of pain in my shoulders and sore lower back from sitting at my desk, and left feeling relaxed and significantly less achy. The spa is quiet, peaceful, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the body + head massage, and can’t wait to make it a monthly habit.

I stopped in after 3 days of walking 8-12 hours a day in NYC. My feet were killing me, I was seriously concerned because my shoes were causing me some really bad pain in my feet and were starting to make my knees hurt. I was very impressed with how thorough their technique was but I did leave with new pain now from addressing my already exisiting pain.

This is my third time at Renew Day Spa and my best time! I did the 60 min body message & 15 min head massage. The experience was so good! The staff is super friendly. I tried to book online and didn’t see any openings but when I called they were very accommodating. I will definitely be back :)

The massage was super well priced and very good! I got 75 minutes (60 full body + 15 feet) and was relaxed the whole time. When I asked for the masseuse to lighten the pressure she did it immediately and kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable.

been to a lot of massage places in chinatown and usually leave pretty disappointed. however renew day spa is NOT one of those experiences! feel so relaxed after my 75 min session and can’t wait to be back. my therapist did a thorough job and applied enough pressure. really fair prices. i am very satisfied and highly recommend!
