Beautiful and calming atmosphere. Feels just like a high-end spa. The staff is great, Jazmine made me feel so relax with the service. Place it’s very clean. And the treatments… I can’t even put into words how amazing they are! They feel AMAZING - they truly let me escape and just relax. I highly recommend this place!

Came I to see what the hype was all about, and now I feel like I'm in a different world. Had the BEST and most relaxing experience I could have ever imagined. The space is calming, clean, and welcoming. The staff are beyond amazing!! Ask for Jessica...she is truly a gem and amazing at what she does!! Can't wait to come back.

This was my first experience at a head spa and it was fantastic! I’m already planning my next appointment. Facility was modern, clean, and quiet. We were greeted with a warm smile and the Breonne was excellent in the treatment and overall customer service.

Intrigued to try the viral head spa, I booked a online appointment for the Refresh service for myself and a friend earlier in the week. Coming in you're welcome into a cozy space where you have ambient relaxing music playing. After filling out paperwork, we were seated to start by getting a closer look at our scalp through a camera which was pretty cool. We were then walked back to get changed and comfy for our head spa. Speaking on my experience, I loved the waterfall hair system, the scalp massager and the scent of the products they used on my hair! It was so lovely and I have to thank Jessica for being so welcoming from the time we started the scalp analysis (helped my friend and I as her person was finishing up another client's appt as we were a bit early). She really made me feel comfortable. Made sure to ensure the temp of the water and pressure was good for me. I'm not one that loves massages as its usually painful but this was nice and helped release some of the tension I had on my shoulder/neck/arms. The appt ended with tea and chocolate they presented on a lovely tray as I got to review my post scalp analysis. While receiving a light blow dry Jessica gave me some suggestions to continue hair care based on my scalp analysis. My friend's experience on the other hand she liked the experience but was not the biggest fan of the service provided by Maajidah. She felt hers was more rushed and wasn't as comfortable during the experience. Overall I had a good experience for my first time and I'm giving this a four star based on both of our experiences.

The spa and treatment was great. My hair never felt so soft! However the overall experience felt rushed. I did not get to see my results on camera at the end. Our friend who celebrated her 40th bday did not get any blow dry. We booked a package so spent a good amount there and I didn’t feel like we received a 5 star experience. But again, the actual scalp treatment was amazing.

This massage was absolutely heavenly. All of the staff were so kind and professional, and the quality of this massage could not have been more perfect. Will totally be coming back!!! If you’re looking to get a head spa done in the Philadelphia area, this is the place- you will feel brand new!!!

Went here following the TikTok trend like many others for a one of a kind experience. The place was quiet, clean and relaxing! At the end they offered some tea while I had my hair dried (wet dry not a blow out). My only complaint would be the cost of $150 is a little steep. I think if they dropped it to $100 they would stay more competitive and get increased foot traffic.

I treated myself to a 1 hour scalp massage and treatment after being impressed with their slick website and social media. It didn’t disappoint! I had an amazing experience. They are warm and welcoming, and I was happy to get a light blow dry with a nice Dyson hair dryer after :). I slept super well yesterday evening after such a relaxing experience. So great that this spa opened up in Philly. Thank you thank you!

This was my first head spa experience and I loved it. My appointment was with Nes and she did an amazing job working out all of the tension in my scalp, face, and neck. I felt like a new person at the end of the treatment! Overall a relaxing experience in a beautiful spa. Will be back!!

Have been wanting to try a head spa for so long and was excited to finally find a place in south Philadelphia. I did the hour and 15 min relax session and it was simply blissful! They do deep scalp massaging, hair treatments, and even should/neck massaging. The staff were so nice and the service was perfect! The spa itself is relatively simple and small, but don’t let it fool you- the experience is amazing!

One of the best spa treatments I have ever had. I got the rejuvenate package and it was 10/10 relaxing. The scalp massage, facial, and analysis were my favorite parts. Highly recommend and will be back!

My sisters took me here for my birthday and it was absolutely AMAZING! Literally one of the most relaxing hours of my life, I didn’t want it to end. All the workers were so nice and did a fantastic job. 10/10 recommend and would go back in a heartbeat!

This was my first time at a head spa and let me tell you it completed exceeded my expectations. I did the Renew Luxe option. Amazing double wash with massage, followed by an arm and neck massage while deep conditioning. Afterward a hot stone massage and another scalp massage. It ended with a facial and a hot cup a tea. Jessica was absolutely amazing. I will definitely be back!

This was my first time going to a head spa and it was amazing! My technician was Nan and she was very thorough and professional. Every detail was relaxing and luxurious from the heated eye mask, various treatments put in my hair, amazing head and shoulder massage, to the steamer for my scalp and the mini facial. They blow dry your hair at the end, so you do not walk out of there with wet hair. It was a wonderful relaxing experience and I will definitely be back!

Unbelievable experience. You get to see a magnified video of your scalp then a scalp treatment that will put you in a relaxed meditative state you will never believe. Think that’s enough? Nope. There’s more! A hot rock massage, follicle stimulate and hair mask. Then a hair blow out that leaves your hair super soft!

I bought 3 packages to take my daughter and my mother for their birthdays. We had a wonderful spa afternoon. The staff was very kind and friendly. It was wild to look at our scalps before and after with the little camera. We very much enjoyed our treatments - my favorite parts were the steam treatment, the hot stone upper body massage, and the mini-facial. Our hair and scalps were squeaky clean afterwards. We can't wait to go back!

I just left the head spa, and the experience was exceptional. From the moment I entered, the place had a fresh, aromatic scent that made me feel instantly relaxed. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing a warm and professional reception right from the start. The treatment began with an advanced scalp analysis, which provided an in-depth view of my scalp's condition. After that they recommended the most suitable treatment, which was the Rejuvenate treatment. That treatment included a deeply soothing scalp massage, as well as massages for the head, neck, arms, and hands... Hands down, the best massage I’ve ever had! I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The attention to detail and the personal touch made all the difference. Highly recommend it! As someone with blonde hair, I added the purple shampoo to the service. I was thrilled with the result... It left my blonde looking beautifully icy white instead of the usual yellowish tint. After the treatment, they gave my hair a blowout that looked stunning! They also showed me the zoomed-in view of my scalp afterwards and there was a huge difference... It looked so much healthier! In summary, this head spa offers a top-tier experience combining exceptional service with a serene atmosphere and effective treatments. My daughter and I traveled over an hour to Renew Head Spa and the experience was well work the trip! Both felt completly relaxed, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Would absolutly be doing this again! If I could give more than five stars I would!
