Renew is great! Very professional, on time, and easy to make an appointment. Carena is fantastic! She was able to identify and begin to address problem areas in my back, neck, and arm. I’ll be going back again soon.

I went in with quite a bit of back pain and difficulty taking full breaths without pain. I left breathing deeply, feeling relaxed, and have had so much improvement with pain and mobility in the days since! My massage was with Maya. She asked great questions, listened, and gave one of the best massages I’ve ever had!

I've been coming to Renew for over a decade and have developed great relationships with my therapists. I've been with KJ now for over 3 years and she is amazing and I've grown to just value her so much. I have arthritus and a larger body, KJ comes to each session willing to try new things, listens, and makes my body feel less inflammed and tight. Renew hires consitent and reliable therapists and their turnover is low which is so important to me not to feel bounced around. I think that shows they take care of their employees which is also something I look for.

I got a 90 min massage with Jason and the service was incredible! Easy quick check in and out along with a clean studio! Jason does a great job getting all of the knots out. Will be back again!

They charge you for an hour but the massage itself is not more than 45 minutes. An hour massage means they want you in and out of the building within 60 minutes. I walked in the door at 4:15 sharp as instructed; by 5:16, I had paid my bill and was back in my car. Upon arrival, I had to fill out a lengthy form on a tablet that no one ever looked at. I now realise they want you to waste time on the form so they can make the service shorter. The masseuse had me sit down in the room to discuss my areas of concern, which again, in hindsight, was simply a way to waste more of the hour. The massage itself was good, except he spent only 15 minutes on the two areas I requested he work on. By 5:12 he was done, and by 5:14 (still a minute before my alleged 60-minutes was up!) I was dressed and walking out to lobby. Hours later, the stabbing knot in my back that brought me there in the first place is no better. I am left lying in bed unable to sleep due to the physical pain, plus the added psychological pain of realising I just wasted $110. I have been to other studios in Denver that provide the full time of the service you pay for. Go to those and not Renew.
