The staff here were friendly and warm, and kind. The facilities look very clean and well maintained. They are flexible with my schedule. I felt like a little queen in the infrared sauna and Im excited to see how it may help me with my medical conditions as it has different settings focused on different things. I can’t wait to go back!

I have been a Renew customer for nearly two years. I appreciate Amanda and Nikki; they've been excellent. However, I will unfortunately not be returning to Renew MD. The front desk frequently experiences confusion and is constantly training new hires, which unfortunately creates chaos and confusion for customers.

I absolutely love coming here. Everyone is so kind and professional. After being an established patient for some years now, I have my favorites. My top choices are Janette and Nikki because they are not only kind but also knowledgeable about what I truly need, rather than just trying to sell me services. When I first started coming here, I was taking hormone pills for my acne. However, Nikki emphasized that a significant part of the treatment lies in at-home care. I listened to her advice and began using the products she recommended while also putting more effort into my skincare routine. Long story short, I’ve been off my pills and solely using their products for over six months now. I’m grateful for her guidance, which has saved me money on services. Having a routine and actually doing it does help! Investing in their product is actually a return on your investment. Thank you!! :) -Cindia

Really nice place! Amazing staff! I’ve done Botox and laser with Amanda and Janette and VI Peel with Nikki. They’re all very good! I highly recommend this place. They’re so knowledgeable in skin care and various new and safe procedures. The staff is very accommodating with appointment scheduling and applying discounts when available. Highly recommend this medical spa.

I spoke with Lissette on the phone to set up the initial consultation. I found her to be friendly and helpful. Once I arrived, the office ladies were welcoming and friendly. Brittany did my consultation and I was pleasantly surprised when she told me I was not a good candidate for the fat reduction cool sculpting procedure. She could easily have said I was the perfect candidate and taken my money. She offered other options for my fat reduction. After she told me about a skincare regime, she gave me a sample packet. I would recommend Renew MD. Five star!

This review is long overdue! I booked a filler appointment with RenewMD since 1.They were having an awesome promotion 2. I was overdue for a lip filler touch up 3. I was wanting to try another MedSpa. The women that work here are so amazing and kind. They were so understanding with my concern about the pain (which I learned during my appointment was because the other MedSpa I went to didn’t have the best topical numbing agent and had poor technique with dental block). At RenewMD I felt NOTHING! Amanda did my lips and she did a fantastic job. Multiple times now other women have come up to me telling me I have the perfect lips. I owe it all to Amanda! I will not be going anywhere else to get any procedure done. I am now loyal to RenewMD!

I really enjoyed my experience with Renew MD in Reno. I had the FULL “mini-facelift” done with several types of filler and am very pleased with the whole process. Nurse Practitioner Jeanette was particularly impressive with her professionalism and gentle technique and thoroughly answered all my questions knowledgeably - even the silly ones! She is both a seasoned skin care professional and an intelligently humorous person. I can’t wait to go back for more procedure’s and great conversation.

Was recommended here bya friend who is beautiful and a happy client, so happy I discovered them through her because all the ladies and staff are wonderful and pleasant. I really appreciate that they don't push product on you to upsale. Very clean and would definitely recommend to other friends. Convenient parking and location. Big shout out to the fabulous Ms Janet for making me feel even more comfortable and beautiful!! Also note that I had to cancel two apts the last month because of personal reasons and the office manager was very kind to not charge me the cancellation fee which I was told could be from $50-$175. So thank you Renew MD!! They also do a fantastic job with taking before and after photos so you and they can see the improvements of youe services, which we all love!

The Opus laser plasma treatment is a must! I purchased 3 treatments and after the very 1st one I was astounded by the results. In fact at work I was approached by 5 different ladies ages between 30 and 60 - each one commenting on how refreshed or how my skin looked so beautiful. Believe me the money is well worth it and the entire staff are so professional, patient and sweet! Renew MD is my permanent go to from now on❤

The extremely competent and professional work of the whole team encourages me to look forward to every appointment. I call to schedule an appointment for the first time. They were booked for the week that I wanted services okay that's fine. I ask if they have any cancellations to please advise me and I would try to make it. I get a phone call that same day AFTER HOURS, that someone cancelled last minute for the very next morning. OKAY I will try to make it. I get to work the next morning and I am unable to get my shift covered. I inform them FIRST thing in the am that I was unable to make it. GIRL TELLS THEY ARE GOING TO CHARGE ME? Excuse me you already had a cancellation and you want to charge me when I never had an actual appt? Get real. GREEDY.

Place is exceptionally clean and the staff are friendly. They seem to really keep up with the latest technologies, services, and trainings. The atmosphere is peaceful and the mall is a walk away. They have a huge new sauna and steam shower.
