I have suffered from chronic pain and inflammation. I started this whole body cryotherapy and have had 3 treatments, I'm amazed how much it had helped lowering pain and inflammation in my joints. the facility is clean and the staff super friendly!! highly recommend it for everyone who suffers from RA, lupus or any autoimmune that cause pain and inflammation. Cryotherapy can be a great add to your treatment.

A friend of mine referred me to come here because i recently suffered a knee injurie and was told that cryotherapy really helped her out . I had some questions about it due to my past medical history however when I called the gentleman I talked to was very unsure and back and forth with his answers and didn't seem to really want to look into my individual medical situation. After talking with him I spoke to my friend again she urged me to call again this time I spoke with a young lady who put me at ease and answered all my questions confidently. Also ad I will update my review after I try my first session once I'm cleared by my Dr.

Awesome atmosphere and the staff is very knowledgeable about every avenue to take. I play lots of sports and they helped steer me with the right plan to help my knees and overall wellness! If you have aches and pains I promise you this is the place to go!!! Amazing results and it even has a machine called cryoskin that literally takes inches off your body. Awesome experience. Can’t wait to go back!

So today was the first time here i did the whole body cryo treatment. I was greeted by one of the women at the desk, Danielle I think her name was,she gave me a tour of the place and explained how cryotherapy can help me with my existing issues. She answered all of my questions and had great knowledge about an existing sports injury that did not exclude me from getting the treatment. Overall great service on her part, although the man that assisted me with the tank was unable to clarify another question I thought of during the treatment, I dont know if he didnt hear me, but he was very hard to hear while the tank was in operation. After the tank started my neck started feeling really cold, I had a necklace on and quickly realized I probably shouldn't have had metal on my body but I wasnt aware of it as he did not tell me to take it off. And lastly, I hate to bring this up, but in previous businesses I've operated employees showing public displays of affection in the workplace is very unprofessional and inappropriate.the gentleman that helped me in the tank had his girlfriend or wife I assume come in and kissed him right in front of my self and other customers that were there. But overall I will be back

Excel Cryotheraphy is amazing!! I went in for a cryo facial and left with my skin feeling so rejuvenated! Then I tried CryoSkin slimming and WOW!! I lost 1.5 inches around my stomach in the first session!! Can’t wait for my next visit! 10 out of 10 would recommend! Thanks Excel! :)

Debra and staff have been so accommodating to me as I have struggled to get relief from hives. I've been able to call on a moments notice and get treatment within a day or an hour. The cryotherapy has really helped me cope with the itching and burning that accompanies the hives with the added benefit of reduced pain in my joints.

I went in to Excel for the cryotherapy facial in hopes of having nice looking skin for my engagement pictures. The experience exceeded my expectations. The vapor was instantly refreshing the moment it touched my skin. I was a little nervous I wouldn’t be able to breath normally or talk since the vapor is aimed directly at the face but I was able to have a wonderful conversation with the owner Debra as if I were talking to her face to face. After just 1 session, my skin felt smoother, my pores looked smaller, my mind felt energized, and my fiancé even commented on my glowing skin (I didn’t even tell him I had a facial!) My face was flawless in our pictures. I am so glad Excel Cryotherapy offers this service. I’m hooked. Everybody needs to try the cryotherapy facial at least once!

Over a year of using Excel Cryotherapy. The staff remain genuine and accomodating as you could ask. I do Crossfit 6x week, spinning and yoga 4x week. Joints and tendons get real overworked and the cryotherapy does wonders to reduce inflamation and Excel providing a nice calm dedicated space to stretch after to purposefully stretch and relax the joints and tendons is all the reason I need to keep coming back.

I have suffered from chronic back and leg pain and recently a torn rotator cuff. I started this whole body cryotherapy and have had several treatments. It only take 3 minutes! I have experienced great relief from my pain,lost weight and improved mood as a result. I highly recommend it for pain relief, or recovery from any injury or to help lose weight. The team there is compassionate, knowledgeable and give the best customer service ever! Could not have had a better experience. Thank you Debra, Jarrin and Jessica, you all are super awesome!
