Words cannot express how happy I am to have found this place, the Colon Hydrotherapy has been the best help I have found for all my GI problems, The sauna is always clean and gives you an air of relaxation and peace, the best facials are here and before starting they explain the entire process to me step by step, and I could see the difference that the Ionic Foot Bath and Yoni (Vaginal Steam) make from the first time I tried them, and the best of all this is the attention from the staff, I can safely say that it is the best spa in Memphis, whenever I have an appointment Stacy greets me with a huge smile on her face, always so kind and concerned about giving me the best service, all the staff is very professional and treats me with great education and respect and they always explain the process of each service with great kindness and always try to make my schedule fit every time I need an appointment, they do not always answer the phone on the first call but whenever I leave a voice message they return my call, I arrive full of stress and leave this place stress-free and very relaxed. The service they provide me on each visit always exceeds my expectations.

Everything went great. The staff was professional and friendly. The room was comfortable and relaxing to be in. Therapist was very knowledgeable, helpful and was able to answer all the questions that I asked. Therapist checked on me often during my first session to make sure everything was going smoothly and I was given more privacy during the next session since I knew what to do. Absolutely will be going again.

Booking was easy and quick. All intake forms can be done online. All Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I Felt comfortable, like I was with family. I came in for Colon hydrotherapy and Stacey made the whole experience more enjoyable as I was a bit nervous coming in. The rooms and restrooms were super clean and that itself gets 100 stars from me :) I will be back to experience other services as well! Thank You for a great experience !! 💜

I had my very first colonic at this location last year. The manager, Ms. Stewart was pleasant & patient with me as I struggled with the waterflow process through my digestive system. When I was finally able to get my digestive system moving, one of the technicians bombarded me right after Ms. Stewart left, shutting the water flow system down, stating: "Your time is UP", come to the front when you're finished. I wish Ms. Stewart would have communicated that I had courtesy extra time. I will never return because of that.

Renew wellness spa exceeded all of my expectations. I was scared and nervous. The give me a great deal of comfort and reassurance. Stacey and her staff was knowledgeable, well versed, kind and welcoming. Stacey listened ( which not many professionals do these days) and gave me a plan that best fit my body’s needs. The spa is beautiful. It’s ambience is calm and relaxing. Sisters…..choose no spa over them!!!! Sirs… you need to go as well. You will not be disappointed. I can’t wait to see the results once I complete my plan.

Today was my first appointment here. I did the sauna and body wrap…I came in and was groggy and inflamed and just feeling out of it…running on 3 hours of sleep from the night prior. After the sauna I felt great. Huge improvement within 35 minutes to my mood and how I feeling in general. After the body wrap I saw instant results. I was kinda shocked at how well it worked (not in a bad way) AND how much water weight I was carrying around. The bloat and body inflammation went away…and I had energy! I’ll definitely be back. The spa is clean and staff is very accommodating and pleasant.

Trying to get back on the path of wellness, after battling Covid, I spoke with Stacey and she recommended Colon Hydrotherapy. I walked in to an environment that was very relaxing and extremely clean. After taking me back to my private room, Stacey explained in detail what I would be experiencing with this procedure and made sure I had no questions. They checked on me several times during the procedure to make sure I was doing okay and made sure I was comfortable. After it was over there was ZERO pressure for me to book another appointment, no sales pitch at all. I have already booked another appointment. Their goal was to get me back to wellness and I appreciate that so much.

I highly recommend Renew Wellness Spa! I recently completed the 3 series colon hydrotherapy package and my experience was soo worth it. The staff was super informative and very welcoming, the location was clean and spotless...I was nervous at first and a little hesitant, but I feel sooo much better. When I first attempted to schedule online I didn’t see any openings so I called instead and was able to get a same day appointment so I was glad I called... and I am glad I made the decision to do this, like I said, well worth it...I am a customer for life.
