I was having upper back problem all day so I decided to get a massage without knowing where to go. I was shopping at Costco and noticed a massage place so I walked over there and they Took me without an appointment. Wendy is the one that Her took care of me. She was gentle but at the same time, firm. I asked for medium pressure and she delivered it. I’m not from Reno but I do come up to Truckee couple times a month from Central California. Thank you, Wendy!!!

The massage therapist i had was very attentive, always asking if I was ok. When my hands were cold she put a hot stone on them to warm them up. She paid close attention to the areas I had circled that were sore. I came out feeling much better. Highly recommend

I deal with back, knee, foot, shoulder and neck pain along with headaches but when I go here I get the best work that appeals to my needs of relieving the pain. Every therapist has the best technique and the type pressure needed for me.

I first started coming here just before fusion surgery to be done on my spine in my neck and the cupping was phenomenal and 100% aided in my speedy recovery. Then I returned two months later just before my second surgery on my lumbar spine and got the exact same relief and aid in the healing process. Now I’m in once a month or every other month. Just amazing work and helps keep me away from having to back to the doctor for pain!!!

Went for a two hour massage with my partner and when we paid for the session, the counter staff demanded to know if there was anything wrong. It turned out the tip we gave to the masseuses was below their expectations. We gave them $20 each and she told us the minimum tip is $30. What the heck! What’s worse the masseuse was hovering holding the $20 by the tip of her fingers expecting more. So rude! We’ve been going there for several years but no more after this experience!

Wow! This was one of the best massages I have ever had! Lisa is so strong and gave me an incredible deep tissue massage! She used a variety of techniques. My favorite was when she walked on my back while holding the bars on the ceiling! She looks so petite when you meet her, and you wouldn’t think that she is as strong as she is! But wow, she is incredible! She also could tell where I was tight on my back, and needed more attention. I never thought I would say this, but I wish I lived in Reno so I could get a massage here monthly! I did the 90 minute massage and it was worth every Penny! Do yourself a favor and stop her after skiing and before your head to the airport! Your body will thank you!

I am new to Reno and was looking for a place that offers reflexology in a relaxing environment. My therapist Lisa was so strong and very talented in reflexology that I was able to finally relax on a deeper level after such a long time. I am very experienced in getting regular massages so I can tell that my therapist was very experienced and I appreciated her custom approach. The spa music, aroma therapy and loyalty program was such an extra perk!

The recommendation for what massage I should choose was very helpful from the lady working the front desk. I had lots of back and neck pain but because of my masseuse all that pain went away. Also the price was unbeatable, they are very kind and great people. I highly recommend this place 🙏🏽

Wonderful experience. I had a shoulder injury from working out. A muscle that was causing a lot of pain and even some numbness in my hand and fingers. On the second visit they recommended cupping. I opted for a deep tissue. It helped. But I did in fact go in for a third visit for cupping and massage. The cupping remedied any pain that I had. They want to help. They want to heal. Let them. I am so very thankful to have found this place. The people are so very kind here.
