I had an appointment today and when I showed up the doors were locked no sign or anything and it looked like there was no one in the office. I called the number and no one answered so I waited a little and I called again and no answer again but I was given an option for like an emergency number, I was able to get a hold of someone and she told me that apparently the office got closed early due to an emergency but no one bothered calling me to reschedule my appointment, I live all the way in Sparks. This is the second time this happens but luckily last time it was just the front office that was gone and the lady who does my laser hair removal was waiting for me so she opened the door The lady on the phone offered some kinda of she said discount or whatever but I will not be coming back. What kinda business are they running???

I have visited this office 3 times to have moles removed by Dr. Van Reken and I would recommend his services to anyone! Quick, pain free and affordable. I trusted him with a large mole on my face today because I was confident I would be left without any scarring just as I have experienced with the many others he has removed for me. I always feel welcome here, the staff is always nice and professional. I am looking forward to trying out some of the other services the office has to offer and try to take advantage of some of the monthly specials.

Win in to midspot talked with the doctor told him. I wanted some moles removed on my face and some laser to smooth my face from a scar that I had. I was told it was going to be three hundred and seventy five dollars for the mole removal. I paid that day made the appointhen. I get a call a couple of days before the mole removal and said no. Your appointment's not this week it's Next week I Said I had 2 appointments so I thought I had been bumped up. I thought they had bumped me up. So I show app for that other appointment and then they said the ladies got COVID. She can't do that today. So I drove all the way to Reno. No call nothing and then. I decided you know. I think I just want to get refunded for the money that I had paid. And they tried to refund me, but there was no paper in the machine. And so they she goes. We can send you a check. And I said OK so then I just called today to check on the check. And they say doctors not gonna refund you. No money because you didn't show up to your appointment. That is the most ludicrous ridiculous thing in the world. I was told there was no appointment. I'm not a liar. These people that are running this office are unprofessional. The doctor was nothing but professional. So I was so looking forward to getting the stuff done. So if you want to spend your good hard earn money go somewhere else

Just recently left from my appointment with Dr. Van Reken. Only I did not get a chance to speak with him. My appointment was scheduled for 12:00 today and I waited An hour and I still hadn’t spoken with him. So I got up and left after getting tired of waiting.

I like Dr Van Reeken and ladies in office big time . Thats why I keep going there when I have money. They can treat my Asian skin very well. Since I go there often, they give me very good price. What is so cool is Dr is honest .Before I had infini , he said it would hurt 😂😂even though its very efrective . In this case lots of Doctors would say (it hurts little bit )to get more clients .. 🤪 It was so funny and cool Dr Van Reken is so honest 😆 I had pico laser, infini, PRP, Juvedarm I am 56y old , but people think I am still 30th.👍😼 my 80 year old mother saw my skin look so good , she wanted to visit Dr Van Reekens office Her face is tighter and age spots are much lighter .

My daughter is 15 and has been going to Molly at Reno Med Spa for four months. We had a tough time figuring out the right products to use on her skin, because it is really sensitive and she has acne. We recently tried the HydraFacial...and wow! It was amazing! It was super easy for her (no extractions), quick, relaxing and she didn’t feel a thing! I would recommend the HydraFacial to any teenager struggling with acne. While other facials left her irritated this facial had no irritation and the results were immediate. I would definitely recommend this as an acne treatment for those who do not want to use harsh products or be on antibiotics for months on end.

Staff Is GREAT! I came in for infinity treatment, I am on my second out of 3 procedures. Dr Van Riken Worked with me and is great at explaining everything! I saw results very quickly. Highly recommend.

Dr Van Reken is extraordinary. A great doctor and a great human. His skills and intelligence are top notch and his sense of humor is the icing on the cake. He is not afraid of having deep conversations with patients and truly listens to what you are saying before giving you his expertise on the matter. He has received prestigous awards and after seeing him for medical and cosmetic reasons, I understand why. He truly cares about people as individuals and understands everyone is different and his course of treatment reflects that. I like that he keeps up with the latest trends in the field of medicine. Our conversations indicate he is continuously practicing to be the best doctor he can be. I have to mention his well staffed office, his backbone. He ensures that every person working for him is trained so perfectly and that they are happy. I can tell they have much respect for him. They are all so kind and genuine. He has a great group of people working for him and it shows! Together, we are working towards a near perfect bill of health for me. On the cosmetic side, I am ecstatic with the results of my first Intima treatment and the PRP treatment on my scalp for mild hair loss. Be prepared for more paperwork than normal upon first medical visit. He wants to get to know YOU and take care of your TOTAL health. He does not want to fill his room with as many people as possible and get them in and out as quickly as possible. Truly, a unque doctor. Much Love!

I had an amazing visit to . There very welcoming . I felt comfortable and relaxed. Plus the Dr. Calvin Van Reken is and a great doctor, very friendly and listens to your needs . With many years of experience of what he does . Trust me it shows, that he definitely knows what’s he’s doing.😊 I’m glad I found this place and I will keep it . ❤️ I recommend this place to anyone that needs any type of procedure the he offers . I love how my looks are changing. My girlfriend and I get in on the specials they have going on all the time and it sure makes a difference, then we have a nice lunch, what a great day. My favorites treatments are the Medlite the CO2, and the injectables. Carol does alot of the treatments and what a great job. She cares about how you feel and if you are happy with your treatment, just love her. I'll be going back this month. Thank you Dr Van Reken.

Tattoo removal was outstanding. I had a huge tattoo removed and you can't tell it was ever there. Not just no scarring - the skin looks just like all the skin around it. Also had some large moles removed at an amazingly low price and, again, the Doctor did an amazing job (at 1/3 the price of dermotologist quotes I had received). Excellent work, Doctor. THANK YOU!!!

Dr. Calvin Van Reken and his staff are wonderful. Staff was professional, accommodating and friendly. Office was very clean. Dr. Calvin Van Reken is a doctor that is heaven sent. He is a very professional, experience, and extremely well educated doctor that has surpassed my expectations. I went to many doctors but only doctor Calvin Van Reken made me feel 100% comfortable. Great experience from beginning to end. All the girls are always so nice and answer all of my questions ( no matter how many I have). I’m couldn’t be happier I chose his office. I went in for an infini procedure and the service was amazing. The staff treated me really well and walked me threw what was going to happen. Carol and Jasmin did a great job on my procedure I can already see improvement in my skin. I can’t wait to be back for the rest of my treatments

The MedPsa team is excellent at providing incredible advice that you can use to improve your skin. Using the tips they've given me, I've seen an amazing decrease in my acne and the inflammation associated with it, and they're very good at making sure you're comfortable throughout the entire procedure!

I am a 73 years old male with a dry ruddy Irish complexion . Most of my working days were spent outdoors in the sun and wind . I feel and look 20 years younger after the Hydra facial by Molly , Wow what an uplifting experience. I’ll be back often .
