Jenn (co-owner) was wonderful. She spent a lot of time with me on the call, answering questions, and even did additional research after the call, following up with me afterward. She gave me recommendations that prioritized my best interests, not making money. I really appreciated that.

I wish I could give more stars but I have had zero follow up in regards to my laser treatment that I had in January. I was supposed to get a call between 4 - 6 weeks after my laser appointment and here we are at end of May and no one has called me to follow up. I also will not be getting my second round of laser treatment that Joe suggested. I booked my appointment via text because that was an option and 10 minutes before I was supposed to have my appointment I get a text message asking if I would like to schedule my appointment so they had no idea I was even scheduled for that day as I'm sitting in the parking lot. They said that they usually take $100 deposit at time of booking but that's not my fault or my problem that they did not take a security deposit when I booked my appointment. Another thing I really didn't like was the after care infi was all on the iPad that you fill out stuff on, no after care sheet or anything to take home. So in the end I am pretty disappointed by the lack of professionalism and communication.

I had CO2 Laser treatment a little over a week ago and I must say, after just 1 treatment, my results are AMAZING! I went in with concerns of sun damage and acne scars. Since the healing process has subsided, I’ve been getting so many compliments on the results. I couldn’t be happier. Definitely recommend seeing Joe for any cosmetic needs!

I had a CO2 laser done twice. The results were great and the employees were all nice. The healing process went really well. I could go to work a couple days after without anyone noticing other than some redness like a sunburn.

I have been to this laser location 6 times now and the service is always wonderful! I got laser hair removal done on several areas of my body and face and I am BLOWN AWAY! Joe is the laser tech and he’s awesome; very personable and knowledgeable. Ky is the aesthetician and she gives the best facials I’ve ever had! Sending all my family and friends there. I would HIGHLY recommend!!

I went to Renu to see if they could help me regain some fullness in my butt that normal exercise wasn’t helping with. After my first treatment with the Emsculpt machine my butt was sore like I did an intense glute workout. Fast forward to today, I just completed my 4th treatment and the lift and fullness I have gained is amazing and more than I expected. I am now hooked and want to try all the services. Came here for some raised scars I kept getting comments on. I’ve only gone twice out of my 4-5 appointments, but already have great results. They’re flat to my skin and have lost a lot of the discoloration they used to have. Extremely happy with the results so far, and the appointments are quick with great staff. Definitely would recommend!

Came to Joe for help specifically with skin discoloration that I developed during pregnancy. The office is clean, modern and inviting. Joe went through a variety of options that could help my specific issue. Decided on the co2 facial and I’m SO happy with my results. It was fast and totally tolerable pain wise. Everything is explained as the procedure takes place and all of my questions were throughly answered. The stem cell recovery is delightful.

My skin looks amazing! As a long time acne scar sufferer, this is a proclamation I never thought I’d say. I have deep acne scars that are probably 15+ years old. I have been getting microneedling, chemical peels, and IPL treatments for 5 years now and while I saw results, the results were slow and very minimal. I was ready for something aggressive that would actually make a difference. At my consult with JoJo, he let me know that my acne scars were so old and deep that laser would be the most effective treatment for me. Just 4 days after my first fractional laser session, I started seeing fresh, plump, and glowy skin start to shine through. Now I am two weeks out as I write this and am truly amazed at the difference I see in my skin. My deep acne scars are becoming shallower and less pronounced. My skin has a plumpness to it that was lacking before. My skin is radiant and glowing. I am doing a series of 3 laser treatments and I will update/add results photos after! He stays professional and highly educated around what will work best for my super light skin tone. His staff are incredibly knowledgeable and kindhearted as well. I definitely had to leave a review because laser treatment and medical spa services in general can be intimidating; it’s hard to know what’s best for your skin and what you’re trying to achieve. Joe is the absolute best, he is so knowledgeable and professional, and gives you all the information you could ever need! Results have always been exactly as expected. Could not recommend more!

I have had two fractional C02 laser treatments with Joe and I could not be happier with my results. My post acne scars have almost completely gone away. My skin tone is even and bright. It also helped with firmness and wrinkles. Overall downtime was minimal with aftercare kit provided with treatment. Pricing was also very competitive. I will continue to go to Renu (Joe) for years to come.
