Karri is AHHHHMAZING!!!!! My skin and I were both revived and refreshed after my hydrafacial treatmemt. I lived in Las Vegas for a few years and I had THEE BEST esthetician. I've been searching for one in the Pittsburgh area and I believe I found her! (Thanks to Diamond from Beauty Edit) Karri is very knowledgeable, aware of client needs, and is kind. I love Renuva! I’ve known Dallas for a long time and I know how meticulous she is with her work and how seriously she takes her craft. Her commitment to customer service is incredible. I’m almost one week into my powder brows healing and I’ve already received a ton of compliments on how great they look. Thanks, Dallas! I trust her beauty advice and skill implicitly and I’d recommend her a thousand times over! I’ve been to Tiffanee for my lashes, Heather for a facial, and Ellie for Botox and Morpheus8 micro needling. The entire staff is fantastic. For starters: the new space is absolutely beautiful. I’ve been seeing Ellie for a few years now for Botox (do it). This time I went in to get some old lip filler dissolved (received nearly 5 years ago from a different business). There was a lot of filler. I was a ball of anxiety. Anytime I get something with my lips done, I nearly pass out. Ellie was so incredibly patient and gave me all of the things to help with the symptoms of fainting (stress ball, hand held fan, ice pack on back of neck, and a glass of sprite). She even stopped several times to give me a bit more numbing cream and let me have a break. Not once did I feel the dreaded symptoms of fainting! All of the needle-anxiety patients need to go see Ellie.

I recently had my first session of microblading laser removal, I am in awe of my results after my first session. My provider, Tiffanee, made me feel so comfortable from the moment she met me! We went over every step thoroughly to make sure I wasn’t alarmed by anything. The entire place is so cute and gives a luxury feel! The staff was so professional and the place was so clean!! Can’t wait to go back for my next session!

Don’t hesitate to book with Dallas at Renuva Medspa, located in Robinson, PA. I recently had a combo brow color boost appointment with Dallas, and her talent is truly unmatched. She’s not only incredibly skilled but also deeply educated in her craft, making you feel completely confident and at ease throughout the entire process. She opens all sterile tools right in front of you, ensuring everything is fresh and safe. I wouldn’t dream of letting anyone else touch my brows. Although I currently live on the West Coast, I will continue to see Dallas for all my future brow needs. Her salon is spotless, welcoming, and beautifully designed to make you feel comfortable the moment you step inside. I can’t recommend her enough!

I got my eye brows microbladed by Keri and she is freaking amazing! I am blonde with very thin brows and they look fantastic. I get compliments all the time and could not recommend her enough! I followed her work for months, maybe years before booking my appointment and everything she did was so good! At my appointment she was informative, listened to what I wanted, and did the best work. I had a great experience with Renuva in their new location at Robinson. The place was really nice and the people who worked there were very friendly. I was so pleased with Ellie who did my mini lip filler. She was so sweet and professional. She did exactly what I asked her for and she put her magic touch on it! I was so happy but I was really disappointed to my self at the same time because when I left I found that I did not left a tip🥺. Definitely recommend and definitely will come back!

Karri is AMAZING! I told her I was feeling dry, crusty, congested and my pores were sooo clogged for all the nail dust at work and this dang weather, she suggested a hydrofacial with dermaplane upgrade for exfoliation, moisture, and decongestion via lymphatic drainage and the gentle glycolic peel that the hydrofacial offers, and OMG! My skin is glowing like a dang Christmas tree!, and I mean what’s Christmas without a little holiday instagram pics 🤣❤️ But seriously go see Karri, you won’t regret it!

They take skincare seriously at Renuva! The minute I walked in, I knew I was in good hands! The whole vibe is luxurious but approachable. All of the staff was incredibly friendly too. Dallas, my aesthetician, recommended a VI Peel to help with skin brightness, and I also had some units of Dysport. I had never had a chemical peel before and was a little apprehensive but Dallas put me at ease. The peel itself was very simple and didn't hurt at all. Afterwards, Sami injected the tox. Both Sami and Dallas explained the aftercare in depth to make sure I understood how to get the most out of my treatments, and they even called a few days later to see how everything was settling. The recovery week wasn't bad at all; my face peeled but it didn't look terrible, just like my skin was really dry. After a week, my skin is SO much brighter and I'm definitely addicted to the VI Peel now! I will for sure be back! I want to try the powder brows next!

As soon as I walked in I had a warm greeting and offered a complimentary drink as well as lavender hand towel to wipe my hands. The staff was so friendly and was able to make me feel comfortable and conversate with me during my services. I got a brow lamination, dermaplane, and lip consultation and absolutely loved every single thing. I am so excited to come back to get my lips filled. I highly recommend coming here!

I had my lips blushed Diana at Renuva and the experience from start to finish was amazing. The staff at Renuva is very friendly and the facility is super clean. Diana explained the process to me and made time to answer my questions, stopping frequently during the procedure to see how I was doing. The results are perfection, I love both the shape and the color of my lip blushing.

I had such an amazing experience at Renuva Medspa! I went in for the SKNLAB Hydrofacial and dermaplaning with Tiffanee, and it was incredible. I have been a long time client of Karri’s and visited the new location this week for a Microblading Color Boost. Dallas thought of everything- from the moment you enter the spa, the smell, the customer service, the welcome, the beverage bar…. It’s all perfect! The new space is so professional, but also so warm and inviting. Visits with Karri are the best! She has so much knowledge, great suggestions and yet always makes sure you are comfortable and part of the decision making process when it comes to brow changes. The color and shape are perfect, and the quality and retention I’ve experienced over the years make it a service worth investing in. Looking forward to trying new services at this gorgeous Medspa!

What a beautiful medspa. I was greeted by Morgan who offered me spa water. I had a chemical peel by Karri and it was wonderful. She explained everything and it was so relaxing. We reviewed my skincare routine and she offered suggestions that were so helpful! I can't wait to get another skin care service scheduled!!

When I arrived at the Spa I was greeted by Kristen, who was delightful and made me feel comfortable. I had the refresh procedure to remove the brown spots on my hands, arms and legs. Karri was great, she explained the procedure, and what to expect. The laser strikes felt like little stings, not bad. Karri was quick and precise. The entire process was about 30 minutes and I had A LOT of spots. I had discomfort for about an hour then, nothing. This morning the spots were red and a bit raised but no pain. came here a little bit ago to get 0.5 syringe of filler (first time ever getting filler). everyone was very nice. after a week or so after, i started to get lumps on the sides of my top lips. i came back in bc i was worried about it and was told to massage them, that they weren’t fully healed yet to come back in another 2 weeks, and it was normal. i come back in a month after getting them done and am told they’re still not fully healed and to come back in another two weeks. if they were still there after another two weeks we would have to dissolve it. i come in two weeks later, and am told that’s just my lips there’s nothing she can really do and i just have to add more filler to even them out (there was also a small slant on my lips, one side had a little more than the other). overall i went back because my lips were messed up and wanted them fixed and they did nothing to resolve the issue. very unprofessional.

Can’t say enough amazing things about Renuva. The medspa is gorgeous, relaxing, clean and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They make you feel welcomed and comfortable right when you step in. I got a Natura Peel Laser for the first time with Dallas and she explained everything very thoroughly. This treatment had no downtime and I left with a glow. Whether you are a seasoned skin junkie or a newbie to treatments, I recommend Renuva!
