My experience here is always 10/10. I see Tamara and she has changed my skin for the better! Truly so much less texture and has added such a glow to my skin! She uses Cerbalm and D 22 Toner on my skin which has been a game changer. This is my favorite facial by far. I highly recommend!

Disappointing Experience I'm writing this review to share my experience with Danucera Supreme Cream because I noticed that the brand only posts positive reviews on their website, which I believe is misleading to potential customers. I’ve been a loyal Resque Spa customer since 2017 and have used their products exclusively for years. However, my experience with Danucera products, especially the Supreme Cream, has been nothing short of disappointing. I first tried the Danucera Tonic, which was fine but not as effective as my usual P50 tonic. I then decided to try the Supreme Cream ($190), which had all the rave reviews. Unfortunately, after just two weeks of use, my sensitive, rosacea-prone skin developed severe red, blistering patches around my nose. The condition worsened every day until I realized the only change I had made was the cream. Once I stopped using the product, my skin slowly began to recover with the help of antibiotics over the next two weeks. I decided to share my experience by writing a review on the Resque Spa website, but despite submitting it three times, my review was never posted. This raised concerns for me: how many other negative reviews are being hidden in favor of only publishing positive feedback? Given my experience and the lack of transparency, I will not be purchasing from them again. I encourage others to be cautious and consider the possibility that many reviews may not be fully representative of the product's true effects.

I had the most beautiful facial with Zuzanah and cannot recommend her highly enough. Her kind demeanor, her incredible technique and her wonderful (without being pushy) skincare suggestions made my entire experience worthy of 5 enthusiastic stars!! I received the 90 Minute Fix It All Facial and I will most definitely be back.

Had an excellent facial at Rescue Spa, the fix it all facial. However, the after care skin routine my esthetician gave me caused my skin to have a horrible reaction from over exfoliating. I’ve never had a skin reaction like this and now my skin is worse off (it’s been over 2 weeks and my skin is still not recovered) very frustrating after spending the money on this facial and now needing to seek medical care from a dermatologist. Rescue spa offered me some sample products to help but it’s not effective.

I just had the best facial of my life with Ela Lewis at Rescue Spa. The environment was so relaxing and soothing. Ela taught me so much about my skin and recommended products for me to buy to keep my skin hydrated. Since using her recommended products, my skin has never looked better. I don't even feel inclined to use make up anymore. Thank you so much, Ela!!

The manger of this store is incredibly rude and not professional. Buyers beware because she will not allow any refunds even if the product does not do well with your skin, causes any breakouts or have issues with the products themselves. Honestly very upset as I used to be a client and will not longer ever be one again. I absolutely hate the way I was treated today.

Rescue spa to the rescue! I have followed Jolanta over the years and had a pleasure to have a facial with her at rescue spa. Space is calm and relaxing. Room is very calm and facial was above and beyond. Jolanta skillfull hands did wonder on my skin. Would definitely come back again.

I have gotten facials here for 5 years! this place is hands-down, the best place to get a facial, not only in all of New York, but all of the US! Your skin will literally change when you come here and get facials, especially if you can get them consistently. Not only is it relaxing, but it has real results. I am gorgeous, calm, professional, and worth every thing. Skin looks so good after.

I just got my first facial here today. My experience with Daniela was wonderful. She explained all of her steps and we also chatted about life and other things in general while I was getting my facial. I got the Fix-It-All Facial and I’m feeling much more refreshed after my skin was having some rough breakouts. I bought a few products she recommended (she wasn’t pushy at all btw). I will have to see how my skin heals over the next few days but I’m sure it will be great. Also this place is huge, three floors of spa treatments!

Magda is the queen of facials and helped me have clear skin after battling for years with adult acne. A true ANGEL!! I saw her every 6 weeks leading up to my wedding and she made sure my skin was immaculate.

I first started going to Rescue Spa for facials in 2021 at the recommendation of a friend because I was starting to experience breakouts. I immediately started to notice a difference in my skin by using their products, but when I started going consistently for facials my skin transformed! I have been seeing Maven regularly for facials for 8 months now and I no longer get breakouts. Ever. I cannot sing her praises enough! She creates the most relaxing, enjoyable experience from start to finish and my skin leaves glowing. Thank you Maven!

Disappointing Experience with Inconsistent Communication and Closure Mismanagement. My recent encounter with this Rescue Spa left me feeling utterly disappointed due to a series of communication mishaps and closure mismanagement. Initially, I was approached by the Spa with an offer for a treatment, which piqued my interest. However, from that point onward, the experience rapidly deteriorate. Upon attempting to clarify details about the treatment with the receptionist over the phone, I was met with confusion as she professed no knowledge of the offer. This lack of internal communication was alarming and raised doubts about the professionalism of the establishment. Shortly after, I received a tardy apologetic voice message, purportedly from the marketing department, attempting to clarify the nature of the treatment. Despite these hurdles, I endeavored to proceed and scheduled the appointment as agreed. Upon receiving a message requesting confirmation, I promptly responded in the affirmative. Thus, it was with anticipation that I messaged the Spa on the day of the appointment to notify them of my impending arrival. However, my optimism was swiftly replaced with disappointment when I was informed that the Rescue Spa was unexpectedly closed. This abrupt turn of events, without prior notice, was not only disconcerting but also highly inconvenient. In summary, my experience with this Rescue Spa was marked by a lack of coordination, miscommunications, and an unacceptable closure confusion. As someone who had hoped for a rejuvenating and seamless experience, I was left deeply disappointed and disillusioned.

I had my first ever facial today at Rescue Spa. I blindly chose the BioLift facial on their website and it did not disappoint! I was nervous it would hurt but Maven was so patient and let me try the sensation on my hand before putting it on my face. She was knowledgeable, kind, and definitely not pushy! I booked another one in 8 weeks and al excited!

I have been a Rescue Spa customer for over 5 years, following Anna from a previous salon, because she is amazing and does the best color, haircut and blow dry. What initially was my hair salon, has become my place for all hair, nail and skin care services. I am so happy with the care, professionalism and expertise of everyone at Rescue Spa from Anna, Mina, Lera, Aurelia, Rose, Diana, Lee and Danuta, the owner and mastermind that created a true sanctuary where you really feel cared and pampered. Rescue Spa is a beautiful place that is a total Rescue for your senses. I Highly recommend it!

Love Rescue Spa. I’ve purchased before on the website. However, today was my first time visiting and loved every bit of it. I was welcomed/greeted by a very kind lady who led me to a product my dermatologist recommended. Such a good variety of skincare brands and beauty products in the front area. Next she offered me a “Danucera” mini facial and introduced me to Maven. My goodness it was the BEST. Thank you Maven! I am already looking forward to booking a Facial as soon as I’m off my prescribed actives. I’ll be back very soon :)

Rescue Spa is my absolute favorite spa in the city so much so that it's my go-to place for nails, facials and hair. I love the place, the decor, the ambiance. Everything is curated to perfection! Facials: Recherche biologique is one of the best brands when it comes to skincare. Rescue spa is the only place im aware of in NYC that carries that brand. Highly recommend checking it out! Hair: Anna is the best hairstylist I have every encountered. She's a real artist and immensely talented. I have moved multiple times over the years and I'd keep traveling to rescue Spa however long the trip was. She's that good! A true magician! Nails: I've tried many other salons. Nothing beats the consistency of the quality of the service you get here! It's my absolute go-to place. Overall: scheduling services is incredibly easy and the staff is always very accommodating, the all experience end to end is always stress-free and enjoyable.
