It was my first time for a pedicure at this new salon. I was taken care of as soon as I walked in. Amy did my pedicure. She providing excellent care. I highly recommend the Resort Nail Bar!

I luv this place the owner is warm and inviting, my nail tech is Thai!! She is awesome she never disappoints!! Thai is passionate about her work and I luv that!! She can do anything you request!! 🫶🏽 Thai is AWESOME 👏🏽!!

Thai is one of the best nail technicians that I’ve had in years. She is very good at her job she’s fast as well as very detailed. You can tell she takes pride in her work. She checks with me often when I’m getting my nails done to make sure that I’m comfortable and that means a lot to me.

Best nail salon experience I’ve had in a long time! They’re going to be my go to now. They did a fantastic job with my pedicure and gel x set. Exactly what I wanted. Best gel x set I’ve had in a year. Switching my nail salon to here!

Everyone at this location was wonderful. Thai was the nail tech for both my nails & toes. She was quick, efficient, and very speedy. She was also hilarious 😂. Everyone should stop by here at least once if they’re looking for a new nail salon to go to!

This place is horrible. I have tried to give them chances but there is too much competition out here to let this place do a horrible, never consistent job on my nails. The customer service is horrible. The owner whenever he comes in do not care. They have multiple people working on you at one time because they are working on multiple clients at the same time. The technician Ty, the lady who wears her hair in two ponytails at the top is SO mean and rude. Almost so, I almost I felt threatened. If you ask her a question while she is doing your nails, she jumps up and just leaves you hanging and starts yelling then leaves you to work on an other customers midstream. This recently happened to me. The lady who took over when Ty left me while doing my nails, kept apologizing for her and said it happens all the time with Ty. She said she just stops working on customers and gets away with it. The manger does not do anything. She even tried to call the owner or manager multiple times while I was there because they were busy and Ty just kept hopping around leaving customers hanging. I hardly write reviews but felt it important to share my experience especially since I was promised that the owner or manager would call me so I could explain my experiences after trying to give this place multiple chances since it’s in a convenient location, but he never called. I would like for them to view the videos and see how bad this place is run, and when Ty just flips out on customers. So scary and rude. There are too many nails places to go to this one. They also make nails too thick and horrible at polishing pedicures smooth. Finally they cannot kept good nail techs because they are so mean and rude to them and do not let them establish a repor or spend time with the customer.

Unfortunately, I have to drop my rating after my last two visits. When I went in for a dip manicure, the nail tech was so distracted by his phone that he kept forgetting where he was in the process. My nails came out very thick and with quite a few imperfections. I then went back for a pedicure. The service was fine, but i felt that I had just been forgotten when I was left to let the nails dry. The tech didn't come check on me for almost 30 minutes. I ended up putting my flip flops on myself and, of course, marred my polish. At this point I had been in the shop almost an hour and a half. So I just left. Mentioned the absence of my nail tech as I payed, but wasn't really acknowledged. Guess I'm looking for another salon.

I had gotten my nails done about a week ago and was not happy with how they turned out but I called today and let them know that I would like to come back to get them fixed. Vicky was the one that fixed them and did an absolutely incredible job!! This set is so beautiful, I left smiling and very happy. 100% will be returning 😊
