Let me preface this with-I suffer from chronic pain and am a teeth grinder. First experience was a 15 minute chair massage at my place of employment. Within 2 minutes, Carolyn asked if I was a teeth grinder because of where I was carrying my tension. I did schedule a full hour at her office and while I understand treatment isn’t a one and done, I felt so much relief just from that hour. It was such a positive experience, very professional setting and I loved that there was an enclosed tote bin to put all your personal belongings in during the session. Regardless of whether you suffer from chronic pain or just want a massage to relax, I wholeheartedly recommend! Pricing is reasonable for the industry and so worth it!

Hands down my best massage! stated my issues/concerns when I completed the intake form and Carolyn was prepared with some questions and a plan. I felt better improved and better the next day. The atmosphere was clean and nice. Process was simple and convenient.

So happy I found Carolyn amd Rest Wells Relaxation. She provided one of the best massages I've ever had. I got the deep tissue massage and it had been a while since my last massage. She was very good about communicating and clarifying preference regarding the amount pressure desired... and this communication carried on, as needed, throughout the actual massage. I will be scheduling another appointment soon.

Carolyn is a true professional with amazing massage therapy skills. Her abilities as a massage therapist for overuse type injuries are unmatched in my experience. Im a hiker and backpacker who also has a desk job where I sit for extended periods of time. I went in with IT band related knee pain and some lingering achilles tendinitis soreness and left feeling better on both fronts than I had in 6 months.
