Restore was amazing! They have a really great sauna that gets super hot but you can control it. The team was so friendly, fun and informative. They felt like family right away which is so great for a place you visit frequently. It's a great one stop shop for so many wellness services.

Charged us for a no-show despite the time i booked not being available. They reached out that same morning at 9:30am to let us know the 10am time we booked wasn’t available and that they could offer 11am instead. We did not respond since 11am didn’t work for us, and since we didn’t respond they considered us a “no-show” and charged us for the service. We obviously called to ask for a refund but the manager would not grant it. She was polite and kept explaining that it was corporate policy, but let’s be honest here…if you made a reservation anywhere else (ie, a restaurant) and they texted you 30m beforehand to tell you they weren’t able to honor that reservation time, and rebooked you for a later time without you confirming that worked, would any reasonable person consider that a “no-show?” The obvious answer is no, and Restore’s corporate policy should likewise be changed to be fair and reasonable to customers — customers should not be charged if the business is not able to honor a previously scheduled reservation.

They came to our company today. Ashley was AMAZING!!! I loved the compression boots and I can’t wait to be Saturday to try the cryo and the red light. I highly recommend this place. Service and customer experience 10/10🎉🎉🎉

Visited Restore Hyper Wellness for the first time, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! The staff is friendly. They have state of the art equipment. Their space is welcoming and relaxing. I tried the Cryotheraphy and it was such a great experience. Definitely THE place to be at for your wellness journey!

I like Ashlee's (Manager) professionalism. She is always warmly welcoming you and has a perfect sense of customer service. She is also very detail oriented and she has everything under control. The wellness rep Craig is super nice too, very knowledgeable, same as Taylor the nurse. The place is super clean, very well organized with all what you need and the team really takes care of you. Scheduling with the app is so easy, or you can call. I do infrared-sauna, red light therapy, cryotherapy, compression and/or IV according to what I need. I love combining my visits with other services. You can also ask for customized IVs. To conclude, great team, great services and...Free parking that is a big Plus to me.

Could not recommend Restore Hyper Wellness more! Rockstar staff here that treats you very well. They are professional, polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Their pricing is very fair, and they also have great deals all the time. They are my go-to for IV's and other wellness services. Treat yourself and body and go to Restore Hyper Wellness!

I have been a client of restore hyper wellness at the Mueller location since they were brand new during Covid. I personally spent $400/ month, bought memberships for my mom, my assistant, my husband & at least 3 other friends. I did NAD+ therapy at $1,600 got hydra facials, photobiomodulation, Cryo, top of the line IV Drips 3 to 4 times a month. And since I have moved my account to the S Lamar, I have been treated with very little care by the constantly evolving staff. And today was the final straw. Ashlee, put it upon herself to quite rudely alert me of a failed payment draft via text asking. “DO you have a new card so we can resolve that debt?” #1 I was unaware that I had an ongoing contractual obligation to pay for months I didn’t come in at all for services. #2 calling it an unresolved debt is threatening and completely unnecessary. #3 it shows zero appreciation or understanding of what I have brought to restore. Much less any gratitude for my patronage. #4 I love iCryo for the same product offerings sans the drama & pretentious staff.

I recently visited Restore and experienced both cryotherapy and red light therapy. Ashlee, the manager, was fantastic to work with and extremely knowledgeable about the various services offered. As an athlete, it's crucial for me to stay ahead of injuries, and the recovery services at Restore enable quicker healing times. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

This place is wonderful! Everyone is great! I’ve worked with Dominique, Ceecee, Emily, and Madi and they are all wonderful!! I’ve worked closely with Madi for local cryo facials and red-light and she always goes above and beyond! Thank you to all the staff that makes coming here so enjoyable!

I'll start by saying the staff was amazing there and this review is in no way reflective of their service. We booked the first appointment of the day and the sauna was not up to temp. By the time we went in it was about 130 degrees, 45 min later it was only at 143 degrees, pretty far off of the expected 175. Ideally we would have spent 20 min at 175. The onboarding process could have been a bit smoother with docs pre sent and signed and a tele med screen completed. A fair amount of time was consumed in administrative work instead of treatment. Staff was awesome process could use some work

The customer service at this place is hard to beat! I used to go to the gateway location but the south Lamar location management is HARD TO BEAT! Ashlee is so welcome and personable. The head nurse Taylor is so knowledgeable and kind. The wellness rep Craig is a smiling face when you walk in and is great company when you are terrified of needles. Couldn’t recommend this place more! I got an IV from Taylor today and it was a 10/10!!

The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable about the services they have to offer. They hear your needs and brainstorm with you the best solutions they have to heal your ailments. I’ve been doing the red light, the cryotherapy, and the oxygen therapy, and I’ve noticed a positive difference in my sleep and chronic pain. Can’t recommend enough.

So grateful for this location! Accessible - so easy to get to by walking or driving. Easy parking. Friendly staff, always easy to reserve services, plus a clean and pleasant space. I love being a member — I can choose sauna, red light therapy, cryotherapy, compression and/or IV according to what I need. I love combining my visits with other services in the complex for a complete spa day! It’s great.
