Despite major confusion regarding the member pricing, credit system, and sharing of credits, my husband and I had a pleasant visit. My husband is a member and has numerous credits to use towards IV and invited me to go along and share some of his credits. Unfortunately, that was where the miscommunication came from. You are not able to share credits with anybody at all. Once that whole confusion was cleared up, everything went smoothly. Owners did work with us and allowed me the one-time use of IV, and my husband is continuing his membership with them. Everyone is super pleasant and efficient! Answered all of my questions thoroughly and detailed so we did not walk out unclear of anything. The IV process was smooth. If it's your first visit, you do need to fill out a questionnaire form and then have a telemed video appointment to get cleared. They do offer 2 spaces to get the IV done. They have a huge TV that was playing the news, but they have free wifi, which I was able to access quickly and scroll online. They did help me decide which IV to choose from and even helped me customize it. I got a mixture of both the immunity and energy IV. I did not feel a difference instantly, but later throughout the day, I did feel a boost of energy. Great place to check out with plenty of more things to offer other than just IVs. I am planning on getting membership and starting this journey soon.

Always a positive experience at Restore. I love all their wellness services, but my favorites are IV drips and compression. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Self-care at its best!!!

My girlfriend and I went in for an IV. It was a horrible experience, the nurse missed my vein and my arm swelled up with IV fluid. Then my girlfriend had an issue with her vein. They put in in her wrist and she was in pain the whole time. What a miserable experience. I told them I was not interested in a monthly program and emailed them numerous times, they have continued to bill me and refuse a refund. What a shady place.

Location is great. Loved the staff. They explained EVERYTHING throughout my visit. I was a Restore virgin, but got myself a membership while I was there. I felt AMAZING when I left. Can't wait to make Restore part of my routine!

Staff were personable and knowledgeable. I went for cryotherapy, which is always wonderful but I appreciate the staff's attentiveness as well as inquiries about my cryotherapy treatments.

Had a wonderful IV experience with nurse Kelly. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and very calming. Restore is lucky to have her! Very clean facility.

First time here. I got my first oxygen facial and it felt amazing!!! My skin really needed TLC after dealing with really bad hormonal acne. I also added the red light therapy room. This was almost 3 weeks ago and my skin continues to heal and I believe this really helped. I got the membership and cannot wait to go back!

This place is the real deal. Not just salespeople trying to get you on the monthly plan (there was that but .. much more lowkey than other "wellness" sites) and absolutely zero judgement on my being completely dumb about what their services can offer in terms of health and vitality. Great staff and the location was spotless. Loved the vibes!

Audrey is the absolute best at the Rea Farms location. Everyone is friendly and makes it a delite to go there. I feel amazing after every whole body cryotherapy. They work with me as a customer very well and always put my wife and I first. If you need any of their amazing services, I would say don't go anywhere else!

Tasha and all the staff are absolutely amazing!! My girlfriends and I did the IV hydration packages before and night out and it was perfect!! We felt great, no headaches or dehydration!! Will definitely do this before and after any trips or girls weekends!!! So much better for your body!
