I had an 11:30am appointment on January 11, 2025 for a 45 minute sauna session. I arrived 5 minutes early and after sitting in the sauna for 15 minutes I noticed that the sauna was not on. I notified the receptionist and after she turned it on it took another 30 minutes before the sauna reached the advertised temperature. This was a complete waste of my time and my money. I do NOT recommend this location.

Facial was fantastic and my face felt amazing after! I really enjoyed Robin and she was super thorough and great to chat with. It was extremely relaxing and I fell asleep a few times during the Hydrafacial!

I just want to honestly shoutout Robin, my esthetician of almost one year. I have been coming to her for regular hydrafacials and neveskin, and she is a HUGE joy to work with. Her knowledge of skincare is impressive, thorough, and she is clearly passionate about what she does. I am always looking forward to chatting with Robin about my skincare routine. She is detailed in her approach, an amazing listener, and will tailor a routine for you that is individual and high-quality. She is kind, charismatic, professional, and very calming. Her skills are crisp, she clearly is gifted at what she does, I have done hydrafacials at probably 5(?) different med spas, and Robin's is on top, not even close. She's elite, hidden gem status, she would fit neatly into any high end luxury spa around the world. Icon. Kind of esthetician you want to befriend and share with no one else/everyone at the same time. 11/10

Excellent place to relax and restore! I did the Cryo + Compression combo. The staff is very informative and kid. The facilities are clean. The treatments were divine! I left feeling instantly rejuvenated.

I went to Restore in West Village today for the first time and it is fantastic! I really like the fact that you can sit down while getting an IV while also getting the air compression leg sleeves at the same time. Definitely will be back for the Cryo and hyperbaric chamber. The team is super friendly and knowledgeable which was also a big part of the great experience.

If you value and prioritize positive vibes/energy, 1 recommend steering clear of this establishment. While I appreciated certain services and staff members, Gabby, the proprietor, does not foster a conducive atmosphere for wellness. Which has resulted in the departure of those valued employees. I highly recommend going to different location.

Visited Dallas and did a few cryotherapy sessions here. The staff go above and beyond, makes you feel welcome and are all so lovely. 5 star service all the way - thank you. After my first session they even remembered my favourite song to play for my session. Can get cryotherapy at many places but highly recommend this one if you’re in the area. Such location in Uptown Dallas.

I absolutely love it here! The ladies here are so helpful and sweet! I have been going here for about a year and do IVs and B12/blend injections. They always send me promotional deals they're offering which is awesome!

I was giving given a lot of detail about all of the different wellness options and what they do. I don’t remember her name, but the lady who guided the cryotherapy was extremely helpful so kind and very informative. I will definitely be going back and recommending
