Treatment target: Plantar Fasciitis. My pain had been at a 7-10 in my foot and my shoulder's range of motion highly compromised for over a month. I had zero plans for Whole Body Cryo or Whole Body Red Light Therapy at 10:30 am when I met up with others at the zona location, but that's what happened. I was totally scared to do it - voluntarily freezing my whole body doesn't appeal to me. But I was peer-pressured into it, and I'm glad I was! It did go by quickly, but three of us were in there together so having each other to chat with definitely took my mind off of the cold. The plantar fasciitis pain has been at a 10 by Thursdays each week, as by then I've lifted weights twice, attended two HIIT classes and core by Thursday morning. That night I kept waiting for the pain to shoot across my foot - especially during squats. I had zero pain and in fact overall my muscles were refreshed. Although I didn't really feel amazingly different *immediately* after cryo followed by red light, by 5:30 pm I had a ton of energy, more ROM in my hips and shoulders, and my pain was at a 2. WOW. I also slept like a rock. The relief of pain to my foot lasted for about two days, but as it goes with Plantar fasciitis, it did come back. But not nearly as bad, maybe a 5 to 7. I went back to explore the local cryo, to target my foot. For me, it didn't have as major of an impact as the whole-body. It did relieve a little more pain, but like a junkie I was after that major relief the whole body cyro gave me. Definitely will be back and this will probably be my go-to gift certificate. They offer a wide range of services and most of my friends are those I made at the gym, so we're all always suffering with something!

Honest review! I felt fine during the infusion ( immunity w b6). The next day my arm was bruised and discolored and that soured me on the experience…UNTIL, my eyes were a little itchy like an allergy but it wasn’t an allergy. It was toxins. My urine was dark the next morning too! I decided to help my kidneys by increasing my water intake and low and behold the toxins are gone and so are the symptoms!!! I am perimenopausal and on Wegovy which hadn’t worked as good as I hoped until now!!! By Friday two days post infusion, I was receiving the “I’m full signal”. I also feel really good. Ask someone at Recover to break down the science on all of this and how it regulates your body, but I am 100% sold!!!

I absolutely love this place! I’m here several times a week for cryo and red light along with compression to help combat muscle soreness! I train full time as a martial artist and their services truly help to keep me on the mats! And as if that wasn’t enough, the staff is very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with!

I have been in to ReStore multiple times for services that include, red light therapy, compression, IV, cryotoning, and more. Every time I visit, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and is able to help me understand the benefits of each service and walks me through them with ease. They do everything they can to make me feel comfortable during all services. I highly recommend ReStore if you are wanting to look and feel better!

I highly enjoyed my time at Restore Hyper Wellness Zona Rosa! I did the hyperbaric oxygen chamber and a Jan Marini peel, and I will 100% be back for another session soon. The staff was extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable in understanding the services as these services were new to me. The facility was clean and open, which I loved. I can't wait to continue my wellness journey here. 12/10 recommend!!

I went in for a cryofacial not knowing what to expect. The esthetician was super friendly and understanding and explained everything. I saw immediate results and walked out feeling wonderful. I highly recommend Restore Zona Rosa and definitely the skin services. I’ve also tried many other services and really loved the IVs and the vitamin D IM shot. I woke up the next morning feeling like a million bucks! The staff and atmosphere at Restore Zona Rosa is fun yet relaxing!

My recent visit to Restore Hyper Wellness went great. The facility is extremely clean and inviting. The staff was extremely friendly too! I went in for an IV drip mostly for energy and immune system boost. I’ve done IVs several times in the past, but this was my first time at this business. Overall I think everything went great, I felt the great benefits from my IV and when it’s time for another I will definitely go back! I’d recommend this business to anyone looking to help boost their wellness.

Restore is your one stop wellness shop. There’s something for everyone. My daughter gets frequent cryo therapy (she’s an athlete). I enjoy regular red light therapy and infrared sauna treatments and my husband loves getting the compressions and IV drips. If wellness is your goal you neeeeed to stop in! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff and top of the line facilities!!!

Worth the money! The location is convenient, staff is amazing, and all the services I've tried have been extremely beneficial. The compression therapy and infrared sauna probably saved my body during marathon training!
