We came for the first time. My Dad had targeted cryo for his lumbar. It is very expensive for what you get. Staff doesn’t seem to be capable of explaining how the cryo works. They did not make sure the temperature in the affected area was dropping enough to make sure it will actually worked. Very disappointing. We did not go to our regular place because they are closed today. We will never come back here and I don’t recommended it. Service was not good.

First time doing red light and cryo. They made it very easy and were incredibly helpful. So nice having someone to talk to during the cryo to keep my mind off of being freezing!

Restore Wellness is a fantastic spot for self-care! I go for red light therapy, the infrared sauna, and pneumatic leg compression, and the experience is consistently excellent. The facilities are always spotless, and the staff is respectful, courteous, and genuinely helpful. Plus, their app makes it super easy to book appointments and keep track of credits—it’s very user-friendly. Every visit feels like a boost for body and mind. Highly recommended!

I joined Restore due to arthritis and a chronic illness. I was looking for a way to maintain my active lifestyle, reduce inflammation and manage pain. It’s done all of that for me. I’ve also seen a change in my figure and my skin looks better. I use a mix of the services but my go to is red light paired with cryo.

They give me life, my primary docter don't give me anything to get better or energetic, but here I found everything and a great solution for my problems, Love their stuff. They are so nice and kind to me, my favorite place as always , it is my 3rth year being their client and I am very happy with them. It is a little costly but worthy.

I was there yesterday for the 1st time because I was dehydrated and needed an IV. Before receiving the IV I verified the $99 basic IV promo for new customers with the nurse and she confirmed! An other employee added “and we have 25% off for happy hour” which encouraged me to add different vitamins to my IV. By the time I was done I didn’t feel too well and therefore was a bit in a rush to leave.. when I checked out at the front she told me the total (without itemized bill), i asked if I got the 25% off she said yes, so I paid and left. Today I’m looking at the bill and see that I was charged $150 for the basic IV. That’s not what we had agreed on. Upon calling there I was just told that you can not stack promos and it should’ve been either or.. I understand that now but that’s not what I was told prior to the treatment!!! The nurse was very friendly therefore I’m give 2 stars but me having to PAY for this miscommunication is not fair and therefore I can NOT RECOMMEND this place!!

I absolutely love coming to Restore in Katy. The environment is always clean, the staff is so friendly, helpful and professional, and the services have changed my life. I love doing Red Light Therapy, Cryotherapy and getting the IM shots. If you haven't checked this place out yet you definitely need to!

My ratings are based on interaction. The services might be good when I asked about how the membership works, and one couldn't explain in simple 3-4 sentences. When I went in for red light treatment, I wondered if it would be ok for my eyes, and I was told yes. Yet I was expecting to be said about plastic eye cover there. My son just did that before me, and he, too, was worried about his eyes. Neither did he was told about the cover. When I asked about how drip or shots work and if I take it now, again, I got a very long-winded answer. Finally, I gave up. I will go back again if I ever understand how exactly it works. Meanwhile, my suggestion for the front desk is to have simple, to-the-point, engaging answers for questions like: - how does membership work? It - do eyes need to be covered for red light treatment? - can I take shots right away?
