I’m so happy to have found Restore. State of the art equipment, knowledgeable staff, easy access and scheduling. I’ve been there three days in a row and I feel amazing! (Cryo, RL Therapy and Infrared Sauna)

I’ve gotten only IV therapy from them, so I cannot attest to the other services, but everytime the staff is so nice. They inform you very well of what they offer, but are not pushy which I appreciate. The environment is always clean and they are always so fast.

Restore Hyper Wellness impressed me with their quick accommodation for drip IV and compression services. The staff was efficient in getting me set up without long wait times. I particularly appreciated the nurse's helpfulness in guiding me through the amino profile options for my IV drip. Their knowledgeable advice helped me choose the best profile for my needs. The compression therapy was also smoothly administered. Overall, the experience was convenient and informative, making it easy to access these wellness treatments.

I’ve been a member here, paying monthly for credits specifically to use on IV sessions. Recently, I was shocked to be charged the full price of $210 for a Glutathione IV session without my credits being applied, even though I had 20 credits available. When I requested a refund to use my credits instead, I was met with an incredibly unhelpful response: “I don’t know. This is what our head nurse Rebecca said it should be. Call corporate for further inquiries if you’d like.” This is not the level of service I expect from a place where I pay a membership fee. Additionally, I’ve had to drive 30 minutes to the store on two separate occasions, only to be told the nurse was either unavailable or had taken the day off, without any prior notice. Both times, I had to turn around and go back home without receiving the service I came for. What’s the point of having a membership if I can’t use my credits and am forced to pay full price? This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and the lack of professionalism and accountability from the staff only adds to the disappointment. I am cancelling my membership and would not recommend this location to others.

Never felt so let down by a business. Called and told them my doctor wanted me to get iv to hold me over until apptmt 4 days later. I told restore my severe dehydration from a mix of medical care affecting my nourishment and an awful stomach bug. Went in hoping for the first relief in two weeks of pain/anxiety and inability to drink/eat even half my daily amounts. I repeated what i said on the phone and they told me that I was too dehydrated for their treatment. Commitment on the phone turns into a day of gathering any energy left to get to Kirkland because the light at the end of the tunnel is saline and vitamins. Dismissed me like I was scum after all my clear comms earlier. No apology, explanation, olive branch etc when my vitals were all in the green to move ahead. I sit down to relax after voicing my frustration after wasting my afternoon and my hopes for recovery (after robbed/assaulted) to an extent. Instead of offering some water to relax for a minute they call the cops. Cops didn’t care. Didn’t write up a thing. Two of the three went to LWHS with me so we caught up and told them em I’ve never seen worse service to someone clearly in agony and in need of a simple iv. Good to catch up with the boys but know there are several options that are personal businesses that are great within 10 minutes. Treated a potential new member like garbage, didn’t try to help in any way IV or otherwise. Go back on the clear to move ahead on the phone. And then lie to cops to try to get me in some trouble when all I did was sit down for a few minutes and called my dad who had offered the service as a gift to help my sickness. What low life’s really. Maybe it was being young wearing a hat backwards or you just out to control those who vulnerably come for help. Way to kick a man while he’s down. Didn’t feel like her first time either. Jumped on kicking a potential new member out. Wouldn’t tell me any names either but I can’t do Anything more than warn others. Let’s see if they stick to their initial lies in response. Have a great summer my lovely Kirkland folk!

Terrible place, had appointment to do the IV but made us wait 2 hours and still no word. The service was terrible with micro aggressions. Ended up cutting our losses and just leaving. Would not recommend this place to ANYONE!!!!

Always enjoy the energy of the people who work here and the vibe of the fellow patrons. Meg and Megan are both kind, caring and super informative. Anytime I’m receiving an IV or injection, I can count on them to answer my questions and help me pick out what will work best for me. I’m so thankful for this local wellness spot!

Today, I got Hyperbaric oxygen therapy. The staff told me that if I feel uncomfortable, I can communicate with them with a walkie talkie. For a moment, I got pain in my ears and got panicked for some time. I used walkie talkie and called them 4 times, and no one responded. I was so panicking and stuck in a chamber. It was a very bad experience for me, and I will never use it again.

Best full body cryotherapy also the legs compression is magic. Feels good when I do alpine running or sleep on snow caves .
