Came in just to check out the cryo Therapy and ended up singing a full membership for me and my mom the next day when they opened at 10am...1st of all the staff go above and beyond on explaining *Every service they offer (and if you are looking for something that won't benefit you, they won't sell it). 2nd it feels like a second home, it is *Extremely clean/comfortable. 3rd Its almost instant gratification...I'm on my seconds day here and I already have a noticeable difference in my sleep and my energy levels...This place is a necessity if you goal is longevity and just feeling better...I'm not gonna name any names because no matter who you meet ur experience will be above and beyond...This place will change the trajectory of ur life...Trust

I am extremely satisfied with my choice of this facility for my IV drips. Lu, Nicole, and Leah demonstrated exceptional helpfulness. I had a multitude of questions, which Lu answered patiently and professionally, providing a detailed explanation. Additionally, he gave me a tour of the premises, showcasing its modern amenities. I was delighted with the results of my IV treatment, as well as the supplementary services, including red light therapy and cold sauna. I highly recommend this establishment and commend the staff for creating a welcoming atmosphere.♡

I love restore! Extremely knowledgeable staff and amazing services. Facilities are always clean and staff is always very welcoming. I love to do red light and cryo after workouts and IM shots and IVs have become a part of my routine as well for overall wellness and feeling great. The infrared sauna is amazing too.

This is a health junkies dreams. They have so much to offer. From IV drips to the hyperbaric oxygen chamber. This place even has an aesthetician for facials! The staff is always so friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place to anyone that’s looking to take better care of themselves.

Amazing place for all your friends and family that want to improve their health! They have red light therapy, infrared saunas, and even cryotherapy! They have so many options for vitamin IVs and IM shots. I feel so much better since I started! Kyle is always on point and Lauren is the best with the IVs. She is awesome with being able to easily stick my difficult veins. No pain!!

I've been going to this Restore Hyper Wellness for my wellness needs since it opened, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain each treatment and making sure I'm comfortable throughout. Special shout out to Nurse Lauren & Nurse Nicole who give most of my treatments. I love them for being so kind to me. I've noticed amazing benefits from my regular treatments, including clearer skin, (I legit feel like I glow) improved energy levels, and better sleep. The combination of IV treatments, hydration, red light therapy, cryotherapy, and vitamin shots has been a game-changer for my overall wellness. Do you know how convenient it is to use FSA/HSA benefits to cover the treatments!?! I highly recommend Restore Hyper Wellness Summerlin to anyone looking to upgrade their wellness routine. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give them ten stars if I could!

RHW is a clean facility, located just off the 215 & Flamingo, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Their prices are comparable to other med spas in town offering similar services. I would check it out at least once for yourself, or it’s the perfect place to get a gift card for the person who is impossible to shop for!

Go somewhere else , horrible experience Deceitful, inexperienced staff , poor disclosure.. nurse broke a needle in my arm , then jabbed another area in my arm 5 times until I asked her to stop, left bruised and swollen with not one apology from staff , shortly after i was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer and my doctor did not permit any further treatments until i finish my chemo . Management refused to give me any solution with the already $1400 i had paid for in treatments. They told me my services will expire and i still owe 2 months ( $359per month ) for services they said they are not allowed to give me per my doctor . They needed a form signed by doctor to continue. So , even though they cannot provide any services , they still wanted to charge me. No compassion, owner hides behind an email , with no last name and no business phone # Go elsewhere!!!! Total scam, poor staff , low equality machines

Loves the facility initially but it became apparent that although the employees on site were excellent the ownership was greedy and out of touch. Hours were very limited and if nothing was scheduled there would simply close early. When you buy a monthly membership with stated hours you should be able to count on those hours. The staff turnover was insane and in late 2023 the entire staff was let go. Loved the people at the Summerlin location but they lasted about 35 days on average. I bought a. Old plunge and infrared sauna for my home to avoid the hassle.

Luis is a great addition. He accommodated my last minute requests and thanks to him my weekend was much better as I left out of restore feeling like a million bucks. Thanks again Luis

Absolutely outrageous business practices. They invite you in and tell you all about a 50% off first time special on iv services. The lady sat down and specifically went over options with prices in a book. She encouraged us to "book as many upgrades as possible because it's the only time it will all be 50% off." I picked an option with my wife for $336. I confirmed with the worker it was 50% off which she said it was. After receiving the IV, the lady at the counter said the price was over $350. That is more than full price of the option we picked. Then when we complained, she said she could give us 50% off but only the base iv is half off. I asked to speak with the other lady and we were told she was no longer available to talk to us. They ended up charging us $246 each for the IVs we were told at the beginning were $168. This did not feel like a miscommunication. It felt like a business deliberately stealing from you. They encourage to buy more saying it's half off, but after the service is done and can't be cancelled the prices completely change. And we were told there is no manager to speak to. One would call back in a few days. It doesn't matter how good a service is, any company that will lie about prices is one that shouldn't be in business. Be warned.

Nice staff but what a waste of time. I honestly don’t trust the equipment because my first BP reading was 138/85 and then it was 102/65. My heart rate went as low as 106 but as the nurse kept standing over me and telling me how my heart rate was too high it would go higher and higher. Nothing is wrong with me or my heart…Maybe let someone relax a bit in private so their time won’t be wasted. Privacy was lacking. I got ready, drove there and filled out paperwork just to not be seen. Very disappointing but it apparently wasn’t meant to be.

I was a member from their very first launch. They usually have very nice staff, but the staff are forced to be salespeople even if they are trained nurses who really don’t want to be selling things. I wanted to cancel and they said the only way to cancel is to come into the store. That’s a policy obviously designed to try and get people to not be able to cancel. As if with all the technology we have they can’t just cancel a subscription when you ask for it. I’ve been a member of many day spas and massage subscriptions that will happily cancel at a simple phone call. That’s what good customer service looks like. I can’t support Restore anymore. Their management is a real problem.

A HUGE special shout out to James for being so down to earth, being informative and offering tips catered to my goals and customized a treatment plan tailored to my career not only physically but mentally. Great customer service! My boyfriend gave me a credit to use one of their service. I got the cryo skin facial done by Ashley. She gave me a tour of the facility first, got my 45 mins facial then I got to use the red light therapy room for 13 mins. Everything was wonderful! I will have to come back and try the other services they provide.

I love this place, all the staff is very professional and friendly. Cheyenne, Kayla, and Brianna are awesome. The only thing they are missing is massage services to make it a one stop shop. Try any of the services you will feel renewed and ready to go...awesome place!!!

Love this place. One stop shop for wellness. Staff is super friendly! Shayan is my favorite:-) great amenities… my favorite is the hyperbaric and IV with compression. Still more to try, but highly recommend this Restore!

My daughter has taken my husband to Restore, his first time. My husband came back raving about the compression boots and loved the cryotherapy! Yesterday I had the red light therapy and red light sauna, felt amazing after! The young woman, I can’t remember names well, was extremely accommodating and so friendly, an added bonus to the whole experience! I highly recommend Restore hands down! Great alternatives for healing and pampering one’s health.
