Great people, great and enjoyable services. Having the cryotherapy was awesome. I felt lightening walking better after just one services. I had the compression done on my legs and feet almost fell asleep. I'm coming back! update:Jan. 24,25 I got compression done for my right ankle I twisted during our lovely 1st snow of the year... lol it help with the pain I was having and relieved the pressure I was having in the joint. Can't wait for my appt. monday

I’m sure their services are legit and they treat their clients well however they turned me down to come in because I told them I was fighting a cough/cold. Which is why I wanted to try one of their treatments. What kind of medical center bills itself as in business to help people feel better but won’t take someone with a common cold. I would’ve gladly worn a mask and washed my hands as is common decency. Prissy

As far as the treatment, it was five star. The facility and environment are conducive to relaxation and wellness. The only thing that was a bit off, is, I arrived at 10:02 AM. My appointment was at 10 AM. The door was locked (which didn’t bother me). The lady was on the phone and came and unlocked the door with no smile, no good morning; more like aggravation. A few minutes later the nurse came and serviced me.

I was a walk in. I am not sure but I think the nurse had to be reminded that I was there after I waited 30 mins (I’m not complaining). She suggested an IV combination for me. All was fast and professional.

Omg from the time you walk in your are greeted by 2 fabulous workers! I don’t have to wait long at all for Shelby to come get me for my Hydrafacial… which was fabulous by the way! Then immediately after I went over the red light therapy room and spent 15mins there… again a great treatment! I then met Drew about trying the IV hydration at another time very informative! I appreciate everyone of you! Thank you for making my 1st time awesome! Very great experience for anyone thinking about going! Just go and check it all out yourself! You won’t be disappointed!

Very friendly staff. I scheduled an infrared sauna experience, and was surprised how much I enjoyed it. Despite being hot, it was surprisingly relaxing.

Red light and full body cryo has made a huge difference for me! My joints feel so much better and my mood improves after every treatment. I cannot recommend the team at Restore highly enough. Everyone is friendly, efficient, and helpful.

The staff of any buisness can make or break a place. The staff at Restore Hyper Wellness are phenomenal! They are very knowledgeable, and go the extra mile to educate you, and help you make a personalized wellness plan for your needs and/or desired results. If you are debating on starting a journey for wellness, I highly recommend starting here. (They offer IV drip therapy, cryo, infrared, red light and compression therapy and the facials are amazing!!!)

I’ve been looking for ways of helping myself to feel better, I’m always tired and just don’t have any energy lately. Found out about this place and thought I’d give it a try, just had my first visit and I was very impressed, staff was very informative and very helpful. I’m excited to continue going and see the results, so glad that we have these services available here in Louisville KY.

Very good experience The sauna and cryotherapy were amazing I liked it not only because it was a nicer facility than others but there were well stocked and looked more like a spa Had water bottles in the sauna room and the Lavendar smell in the sauna room was a nice addition
