Do not go to this place The sauna space is very small. They charge my card for a membership of $100 and told me I had to be committed for three months. I never agreed nor was I aware of a three month commitment. The receptionist was so nice to take your money but once you don’t want to be a part of the membership she is the very very rude. They advertise on facebook because they are desperate for customers. Join a nice luxury gym.

I snagged a promotional offer off of social media to go here, I was interested in skincare and detoxing. Now I will admit I missed my 9 an appointment when Hannah gave me a call to reschedule for11am, I agreed. Once I arrived they took about 30 minutes to give me a tour of the facility. I was then told I need two come back in two hours because there was someone booked with an appointment as if they haven’t called me 50,000 times to come try them out. At that point I had already blocked off my day so I agreed to come back even though I live 30 minutes away.. Long story short the young lady assisting me was awesome but not a regular employee there(Leah). At the end of service when it was time to pay the front desk puts pressure for you to join the membership, never stating it’s a Mandatory 3 month commitment. The saunas are too small to get comfortable and stretch out, I highly recommend a luxurious gym membership versus this small building and sauna space but the experience maybe better in a bigger facility.

UPDATE: the last few times I’ve been here, the cryo machine has been working correctly! :) hopefully no more issues going forward. However, their massage chairs do not work! Please fix them! The whole body cryotherapy machine has been broken for over 1 month now. They claim it’s working now but it is NOT working CORRECTLY whatsoever. Only the very bottom of the chamber got cold, meaning above your ankles is not getting the benefits. The chamber should be filled with nitrogen “smoke” and it has been clear as day in there. Plus, the screen is broken so you can barely read the temperature or the amount of time left. I left with some cold ankles. I joined Restore to do the sauna and cryo in conjunction. Another time when I went in for my appt, to my surprise, I was told the cryo machine was down AFTER I spent an hour in the sauna and got dressed for cryo. Waste of time! The employee did not communicate this with me when I arrived. Otherwise I would have cancelled my entire appt! A third cryo appt, I was supposed to be doing Cryo Pro which is approx -220 degrees. However, the temperature said it went up and down from -186 thru -236 throughout my session. It wasn’t consistent at all. The lack of communication and transparency is awful. I have now used 3 of my credits on the sauna without being able to get the benefit of doing a quality cryo session after. And 1 credit on a cryo that was all over the place and not working right. However, they will not refund my sauna credits even though they admitted to the lack of communication and transparency. They take ZERO accountability! It appears that this business is failing if they can’t afford to fix or replace the cryo machine yet people keep paying them? Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service. Also, corporate doesn’t return emails either! Finally, Abby responded to my email but instead of helping find a resolution like giving me my 4 credits back, she just flat out cancelled my membership which I never asked her to do! Attached screenshots of the awful customer service. I highly recommend to not waste your money on cryo here since you won’t benefit from a broken machine.

Everyone was very friendly, place was clean and pleasant, I was curious about cryotherapy and red light therapy. I tried both after a workout, I was still sore next day but my skin's tends to be inflamed and it was much better the next day!

I recommend Restore Hyper Wellness to anyone who is looking to improve their health. It can be weight loss, immune boosting , rejuvenating skin and so much more. The Staff is very friendly and very attentive. They make sure you are aware of the many services they offer and they take their time to go over any health issues before services. I love this place❤️

Love going to Restore. I’ve used the Cryo, Red Light therapy, had IV’s and most recently had a facial. Everyone that works there are all super nice and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Felt great after a day that included red light therapy, infrared sauna, IV therapy, and cryo! The team at Restore was great and I especially appreciate Alex’s interest to review my recent micronutrient test results and discuss recommendations in detail before finalizing the IV therapy approach! It was my first cryo but definitely something I will do again!
