The West bell road hyper wellness retailer shut down and it was so close to my job. I mainly utilize the services before or after my shift because its convenient due to the fact that I live so far. Naomi was an amazing aesthetician at this west bell road location never had an issue with her services. My problem was being medically limited from utilizing the full services and still having to pay full membership price. I was limited medically by my VA provider and by the tele nurse who did my assessment that I could not utilize the I.V. therapy, IM shots, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and the cyrotherapy services due to a medical related contraindications. I was only limited to taking advantage of the compression services, facials, red light therapy and sauna only. I maintained the membership because some of the services I was able to utilize helped with the mental health issues I was experiencing as a veteran. It was such an inconvenience because the retailer at the West bell road location wanted all of their members to transfer to the Norterra location and I couldn't do that because I wanted to go to a facility that was closer to my job and I live on the far west side close to Luke AFB too. When I inquired about not transferring to the Norterra location with one of the staff at the bell road location, I was told my membership would be honored at any of the restore wellness locations, I went to the Good year location and was told I couldnt transfer because I would have to cancel my initial membership first at the West bell road location and when I transfer, my credits would be lost. The Norterra location told me the same thing and for someone like me who can't even utilize half of the services that were available due to the contraindications I didnt think that was fair. So I drove to the Lake pleasant location especially since it was much closer to my job where I can use the services that I am at least able to take advantage of before or after my shift and that retailer managed to take really good care of me. Some of the restore retailers need to be more conscious of there clients needs.

From 5 star to NO STAR! They lie! They are not using nitrous oxide. They literally have a walk-in freezer and the temperature doesn't really compar to a real Cryotherapy spa. DO NOT GO THERE! This is one of my HAPPY PLACE and now part of my weekly routine. The staff are great and real....and super nice. Compared to the other wellness centers that I signed up for - this is it. I cancelled the others!

Restore in Norterra is absolutely top-notch! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the warmest, friendliest front desk team - - their positive energy is contagious, and they’re always ready to answer any questions or make you feel at home. The nurses here are equally incredible — professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They take the time to explain everything in detail and ensure you’re comfortable throughout your treatments. You can tell that everyone on this team is passionate about what they do and truly cares about their clients’ well-being. Highly recommend Restore in Norterra!

I arrived at a time in which everyone was busy at the front desk, however, it was effortless for them to acknowledged my presence and assure me someone would be with me shortly. The lobby is welcoming, clean and has information to read, which i took advantage off as I waited to check-in. I was given a tour of the facility while explaining the features and benefits of all of the services. In addition, they took special interest in my needs as to also point out which services would be most beneficial to my needs and goals. I was than introduced to Jill, what a gem. She clearly loves what she does. She helped explain the waiver/liability forms for he service I was interested in and escorted my back to Cryotherapy. This was my very first time and although I was a little nervous, she slowly and confidently explained in detail the what and the why while answering all of my questions. So 2 minute and 30 seconds later... I completed my first Cryotherapy session and Jill was there waiting when I was finished. Thank you to the team at Restore Norterra for being part of the Wellness Space. The more people you are able to connect with.. the healthier our world will be. Desiree @ The Wellness Progression!

staff is very knowledgable very detailed about thier process very impreessed when i was getting defender drip and NAD+ injection at same time and the nurse knoe pecisely that i couldnt have a certain ingrediant in my drip with in 36 hrs of an NAD+ injection

If you are an athlete, a partier, or a person who lives a stressful life, this place is for you! Restore is a beautiful recovery center, offering cryo therapy, hyperbaric, iv, infrared sauna, compression...even facials. The gals at the front are amazing and take time to answer all of your questions. The facility is spotless, quiet, relaxing. My high school athlete son loves to spend an hour or so here, taking care of his body. I highly recommend Restore, for all of your recovery needs.

The cryotherapy, compression, and infrared sauna services at Restore significantly aid my recovery from a demanding schedule. The scientifically proven benefits make it worth the investment, and even a 1% daily improvement is valuable. I've already referred my business partner, who also joined. Highly recommended!

You must visit! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and it's very comfortable. Such a good vibe. I tried the infrared sauna, and I plan to try out other treatments. I'm so happy a wellness place like this exists!

Wonderful staff, great facilities for helping recover and restore yourself to your optimal self. Shopping center has a funky smell that occasionally will waft in that is not pleasant. Not Restores fault but noticeable.
