Local treatment for a few minutes and pain free. It was amazing. I was able to finish my shift at work! Today I tried a new experience/treatment. The infrared sauna was a real treat. The room is totally private with the sauna and shower. There are many colors in addition to red of which I assumed there was only red. Each color is listed on the wall with the benefit and I was able to have the lights change throughout the 30 minutes I stayed in the sauna. I started going to Restore due to pain from arthritis, bursitis and bicep tendonitis. The sauna gave me exactly what I needed. When I went to work after the sauna I was thrilled to have a pain free day the entire shift. I learn a bit more each time I go for treatment. I recommend taking the step if you could use relief from pain and visit Restore and ask all the questions you have. Everyone working there will help you. There are many treatments to experience that will bring better health and can't wait to try them all!

Super negative experience here :( Came with family and we realized when we got there that we accidentally booked the location 15 mins away. No problem they told us when we called, so we entered the infrared sauna at about 2:20 and was told that we had until 3:20 until we had to leave. Upon going into the sauna and connecting the bluetooth to some peaceful music, we found it very difficult to relax due to the total lack of sound proofing in the room with loud employees yelling to each other right outside our door through most of the duration. Then after about 30 minutes, we were startled by an employee pounding on the door asking if we are almost finished yet. I rush out of the sauna after her knocking multiple times and tell her we have only been here for around 30 minutes, and that we were told we had until 3:20 to leave. She rudely told me to get out of the sauna as they had someone else coming to use it in TWO MINUTES. no apologies for their mistake, we were just rudely rushed out in the middle of our session. safe to say that I will not be returning to this location and the employees could use some training on how to handle future instances like this. Would have been completely fine if we were approached like normal customers and had the situation explained instead of being ushered out with hostility.

Back in beautiful Scottsdale for an another vacation. As I’m prone to do, stopped in with my brother after a round of golf for a cryotherapy session at 18560 N Scottsdale Rd and left feeling invigorated and refreshed! So great for your physical and mental wellbeing. As always the staff was professional and helpful. 👍 Highly recommend for sore golfers and everyone else that wants relief from the wear and tear of life!

Restore wellness off scottsdale road is the best!! The staff is very professional, patient and very caring. The nurses are amazing. Just love Caroline, Alex, and Madison! I highly recommend Restore wellness because they are so supportive and they listen to your needs. As we all know everyone has different needs. Don’t hesitate go today!! You will not regret it. ♥️

Staff is warm, bright, and well-educated each with their own wonderful personality! Their knowledge of services and benefits of those services in fantastic. I have been going to this Restore location for the past few months and am thoroughly impressed by both the services offered and the impeccable customer service. This location showcases a variety of innovative services, blending both restorative and clinical services that have enhanced my health and wellbeing. This place cancelled on my appt 2 mins before arriving, 11am appt asked to arrive a few minutes early. They are too busy for new customers apparently and lost a full service customer and neighbor. Glad I planned my Saturday mid morning to visit them and use and sign up for service. Poor scheduling and bad customer service

I joined Restore on Mayo and Scottsdale and it’s been terrific therapy experience and really enjoyed the cryotherapy tank as well as the red light and other services they provide. All the staff are awesome! Great attitudes, always attentive to our needs, and friendly. Services are good, in and out, quick and easy no wait, the app makes it really easy to schedule and cancel if needed. I recommend restore, especially if you want a one stop shop, they basically offer the services needed to keep living a healthy lifestyle.

The staff at this location is incredible! Madalena, the AGM, and Alex, the Nurse, are top-notch. They were extremely helpful from the beginning to the end. I initially came in just for the sauna, but after Alex suggested Cryotherapy for my symptoms, I left feeling even better. I now prefer to go to this location instead of the one I originally signed up for because of the excellent customer service and overall experience. Thank you to everyone involved!
