I had an appointment with Jamie for a hydro-facial and it was OUTSTANDING! She is professional, kind, approachable, knowledgeable, and engaging. I never felt like she was trying to pressure me into purchasing products or persuade me to buy a service that was not suited for me. HIGHLY recommend Jamie and this business. It is clean and it has such a relaxing environment!

In my experience, I can tell you it is a really good place to visit, nice environment, they are very welcoming. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.I have been going for over 6 months now, I have been getting facial with Jamie; let me tell you she is just amazing. Jamie is just so awesome, she will give you recommendations, of products, facial, she would even give some nutrition recommendations if you asked. Great experience overall. Really enjoyed every min. I would recommend anyone to get facials with Jamie Foster.

I love the boho chic aesthetic of this spa. Very clean and relaxing vibe and the staff are wonderful. Beca, who is their licensed massage therapist, did a fantastic job helping me to relax as she worked through the tension in my shoulders. I’m certain I fell asleep twice on her I was so relaxed haha. My body felt so much relief from stress and any aches I came in with. Would definitely recommend her services. And Jamie, their licensed esthetician, is such a cheerful and sweet person. This is my second time having a facial done by her. She’s very meticulous with my skin and is great at assessing any skin issues I may be dealing with. Your face will be so soft and fresh afterward. And she gives a wonderful scalp and neck massage as part of a custom facial. I’ll probably be a repeat customer to keep my skin glowing through the winter months.

I just came back from my eyebrow waxing appointment with Erin, and she did phenomenal work! The atmosphere is soothing, comforting, and I was treated with kindness and care. Erin listened carefully to my needs and made sure I did not leave until I was completely satisfied. I received a phenomenal therapeutic massage from Nadia!! I explained the issue I’ve been dealing with for quite a while. She listened and provided a perfect massage along with some manipulation of the area. Nadia also suggested some stretches to continue helping with recovery. Looking forward to seeing her again soon. Restore Skin Therapy is a warm and welcoming spa. I have enjoyed both the facial care and the massage I have received. Nadia makes my body melt and feel much less achy. Jamie's technique on my face care makes me fall asleep and feel much more smooth and moisturized.

Terrible terrible terrible customer service and the owner is rude. I booked 2 appointments, one I ended up having to cancel due to a illness for the other person the day before. I tried calling several times for two days straight. No answer!! I even sent a text to the number to see if it would go through and I got a delivered response, still no reply. Anywho I live 40 minutes from this location which I didn’t have a problem with driving to. I get there and they tell me my appointment was canceled too. I forgot to mention they changed my card $180 for late cancellation which I understood and didn’t have a problem with. But what I didn’t understand was how the hell did canceling one appointment magically cause for both to be canceled AND I only got charged once for the one late cancellation. The owner acted as though she didn’t give a damn and it was my fault. She was very short and rude to me and high was not caused for. The owners actions showed she basically didn’t give a damn about me or trying to figure out HER errors in HER system. DO NOT RECOMMEND……….Be Cautious!!!!
