This is one of the best massages I have ever had because Anna knew exactly which areas needed the most work, and what would work best in the future for me. Due to how tense I am from work, and being low key anxious all the time my shoulders and back were my biggest problems, and she noted that adding cupping to the treatment would help me a lot. I'm excited to give it a try.

Best massage place in DFW. My husband and I have been going here for about 3 years now and every time we go, we come out feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Stephanie and Anna do such a great job and they accommodate to our schedule flexibility. 10/10 recommend!!

I've been going to Restore for over a year now and it's by far one of the best investments in myself. Anna and Stephanie work with me to address various injuries, recovery from weightlifting/fitness, and addressing health issues related to sitting all day for my job. I love that we get to pinpoint problem areas and I walk out feeling a hundred times better. Sometimes eliminating the issue altogether. Depending on what's going on we either do a general massage session or we focus on specific problem areas. I completely recommend them!

Anna is an amazing massage therapist. She listens to the needs of her clients and taylors each session to meet those individual needs. She is constantly training to expand her expertise . In the 8 plus years I have known Anna, she has aided me in dealing with chronic back and neck pain ( pre and post surgeries) which has allowed me to function more fully in all areas of my life. I especially recommend her to anyone dealing with chronic pain.

Anna is incredible at what she does. She is very knowledgeable about the anatomy of the body and how it works. She has worked on my body helping to increase my range of motion and helped with certain areas that were bothering me. She educates you on what certain body parts do and gives you stretches and exercises to help improve the condition of them. She does amazing work with her hands! Best deep tissue/therapeutic message around!

Anna provides the most comfortable experience and gives the best prenatal massages. She makes sure you’re comfortable from the moment you get there to the moment you leave. She provides you with helpful tips on what to work on at home to improve any discomfort and problem areas. The atmosphere of restore wellness is also very calming and makes you feel at ease. Over the years I've hopped around from spa to spa looking for the next best massage therapist. Most therapist I've worked with were good at what they did but not great. Anna is the real deal! Love the energy she puts into her craft. Highly recommend her.

When I first visited Restore Wellness for a massage over a year ago I was experiencing daily pain and discomfort. I work from home and spend way too much time behind the keyboard. Stephanie has taken the time to understand my conditions and to recommend specific exercises that I can do from home. She is incredibly knowledgable about the human muscular system and brings real science to her craft. I can't recommend her enough.

Stephanie is one of the most professional massage therapist you will ever meet! Been using Stephanie for awhile now. As I get older it truly helps to take care of yourself. Stephanie’s massages are excellent. You can tell she has a keen interest in the way our muscles work and how our body moves which makes the massage that much more impactful. Whereas most masseuses do the same on each side of the body, she always has a different technique depending on what she can feel is needed. The stretching is a + too. Maria at the front desk is always very helpful as well. Great place for a relaxing hour or two.
