I have had many incredible experiences at Retreat Beauty Lounge with Mae, an amazing nail technician, and I just had to share! Mae does a phenomenal job on my nails, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results each and every time! From the moment I walk in, Mae's warm personality makes me feel right at home. She genuinely cares about her clients and takes the time to understand exactly what you're looking for. Her knowledge of nail care is impressive, and she offers great advice on styles and products that would work best for me. Mae is meticulous and attentive, ensuring every detail is perfect. She explained the techniques she was using and the benefits of the products, which made me feel confident in her expertise. It’s clear that she is passionate about her craft, creative, and truly wants her clients to leave feeling happy and satisfied. The customer service Mae provides is top-notch. She is the true MVP! Mae was so nice and professional. She made me feel comfortable and beautiful. I came in with nails that could be considered an abomination and she just went at it with no judgment. She made me feel like I was hanging out with my bestie. My nails look perfect! Thank you so much!! I’ll be seeing you in a few weeks for the fortifying gel!!

Joni is a serious artiste with everything eyebrows. She can work miracles and bring out the best possible outcomes with your brows. Each hair is evaluated and either kept or taken off accordingly. I've been coming to her for years. Plus she is one of the best people ever. So warm and welcoming. She even put my BF at ease and made him a convert and he's already discussing his next appointment! Your brows will thank you for regular visits to Joni.
