This was my first time coming to this salon, I'm only in town visiting family. I called to ask if the salon would be able to do an acrylic fill as I already have this on my nails. They told me yes and I asked for the cost. She told me $55 dollars. That sounded like a reasonable price. Fast forward to my actual appt, I get to the counter to pay and she tells me it's $70 dollars. Hmmm, why so much more? Apparently it was not specified on the phone that a colored acrylic powder is more, nor was I told that there was a cost for removal. I have never been charged for a removal if I was having them redone and I've been doing acrylic for years. I questioned why I had been quoted a different price and the woman at the counter argued with me saying I didn't call and that I didn't ask for the right thing over the phone. I'm irritated at this point because I specifically called to ask as I've had issues in the past. Rather than try and make a happy customer she wanted to be right. While the salon was clean and nice, the service was less than so and I will not be spending more of my money in here.

A very bad experience, I do not recommend them, they left my nails watery, apart from that, 6 times per hand they put the lamp on my hands now, I feel a lot of burning and itching, everything is very bad.

OMG, let me tell you about my experience at Revamp Nail Spa at Adams Farm—it was amazing! And Lena? She’s an absolute star! Not only is she super talented, but her personality is like a burst of sunshine that instantly puts you in a great mood. She gave me some awesome suggestions, and I’m so glad I listened because my nails have never looked this good. I can’t stop staring at them! Yes, it’s a little on the pricey side, but honestly, it’s one of those ā€œyou get what you pay forā€ situations—and it’s totally worth it. If you’re looking for a place to get your nails done and leave feeling like a queen, Lena is your girl. Seriously, go see her—you’ll thank me later!

The owner is rude and disrespectful. When speaking to someone, it would be better to do so in a more respectful manner. She also likes to hover over her employees like she’s rushing them. It makes me uncomfortable. She never smiles and when given a compliment about the salon she can’t say thank you. Disappointed.

I really wish they’d stop using cheap products or over charging for their nails. The last time I came my nails lifted as well and they had to replace the nail, and I gave this place another chance and they charged me $80 for acrylic ombrĆ© and told me I could only get acrylic and my regular nail salon said that’s not true! and the nails are already lifting again which sucks because I have to take them off now so unfortunately I will not be returning.

Very disappointed in the loyalty system, it’s not designed to reward . I’ve been on my Birthday, didn’t get a discount because I didn’t get an email or text. Here we are today 4 days before my Birthday which is May 22. Total bill $190, without tip and again couldn’t get a discount because I was too early. LOL! This is a joke. If it wasn’t for the absolute love I have for Molena (Malena) after dropping almost $200 and all you had to do was ask for my license for a birthdate, I would never come back. You are not for the customers . Definitely NOT!

Horrible establishment. Mail technician messed up friends manicure. Offered to fix the issue but when she came to get her nails re-done they denied her service. I called to pre arrange service they embarrassed her and would not correct issue. They deserve no stars.

My nails have air bubbles in them and they aren’t even and they’re not shaped properly (supposed to be squared but they are some rounded square shape šŸ¤¦šŸ¾ā€ā™€ļø ). Last week I went to get my nails done on a Thursday paid for buy a friend. I got a manicure / full set. My nail technician kept messing up my nails. She had them uneven and awkwardly shaped (they were supposed to be squared). Several times she had to reshape the nails and repaint them because she kept smudging the paint or not completely painting certain nails. Even when she finished the paint wasn’t done properly and air bubbles were forming on the nails. While at the sink cleaning my nails even a customer said I should have her redo them. Well after the 3rd or 4th attempt of repairing her mistakes I politely told her they were ā€œfineā€ because I had to leave for work. Need I say I’m in the military and after that day I had to leave for my military weekend on base. While at the nail salon Thursday I did tell my technician that I was in the service and leaving for the weekend so I couldn’t have super long nails which is why I needed her to cut them down just right. My friend called the nail salon on Friday and told them about my experience I had that Thursday. They agreed to let me get my nails re-done when I got back from the military base. My friend is a faithful client who on average spends $165 regularly and that’s not including the $10 to $20 tip he leaves each nail tech for their services. Anyways today is Tuesday and my friend calls the shop to remind them I will be coming in. Needless to say they weren’t aware that I had planned on paying for a pedicure after they fixed my nails. I walked into the shop and told the technician I was there for my nails to be repaired. The technicians claims my nails looked just fine and tells me she remembers she repaired my nails and that I said I liked them, I told her no I said they were ā€œfineā€ because I had to leave for work. Then said says they were done on Thursday but I’m just now coming in for a repair. Again I nicely explained I’m in the military so I was gone on base a few days & I’m just now returning. As I’m talking it’s now like 2 or 3 workers in my face going back and forth with me. My friend has a phone number on file proving he’s a regular customer and that he’s called twice to schedule and secure this appointment for me. Im remaining calm, nice, and patient as the workers continue to tell me I shouldn’t have left if I didn’t like the nails when they did them (I keep repeating I had to go to work). Meanwhile he’s on the phone with me & listening to this entire conversation in disbelief. All the customers are starting to look because the workers are loud and talking over me. It becomes embarrassing so I respectfully tell the technicians I’ll just leave. All of a sudden the lady who was arguing with me also is the one who originally did my nails and messed them up - she says she’ll redo them. What sense does that make?? Let you redo my nails after you failed several times before?? I let them know I don’t appreciate being treated as is I’m trying to get free services when they agreed to let me come back to redo them. I let them know if they had no intentions on redoing my nails I didn’t have to waste gas money and time just to be humiliated in front of people. My friend hung up the phone and called them immediately but by that point I had walked out the salon. He expressed his disappointment and told them he will NOT be returning even after all the time he’s been going there. I will NOT be returning either because this was a horrible way to treat someone in an establishment.
