This is a wonderful salon with a wonderful and fun group of stylists and nail techs. It has the cutest decor and I hit the jackpot with my stylist Deidra who does an amazing job on my hair. If you want a great salon with friendly staff this visit the place to go.

This was my first time here. My haircut was perfect. Exactly what I had asked for. My stylist was the greatest. I was so pleased that I'm willing to make the seven hour trip (one way) to see her again.

Marlena at revamp salon did an amazing job on my hair.I am blonde and want my hair very light and Marlena definitely did an amazing job getting it very blonde while keeping it very healthy. I will definitely go back to her to get my hair done. ❤️

I had chosen Revamp Salon for the sole purpose that they're the only salon in the area that does Wigs For Kids and sends in the hair donation for you. I drove two and a half hours from Sacramento to their salon to do just that. The overall process was initially pretty straightforward and relatively quick and painless, Marlena did a great job and had a great vibe. I paid $45 for the haircut and left a $25 tip because I wanted to support their business and what they do. Overall, I really like Revamp and if you're interested in getting your hair cut or participating in Wigs For Kids they're a great place to go! A while after leaving I had reached out to Marlena asking if it was possible if I could swing back in to get my hair cut a little shorter and she was amazing enough to squeeze me into her busy schedule which I appreciate deeply because I was leaving town that day and wouldn't want to drive back just for a trim. It was during this second visit that my experience hit a snag. As she was doing the trim, I felt a stinging pain on my neck as she was handling the electric razor but brushed it off thinking that my neck was just sensitive and didn't think much of it especially since she didn't say anything. Again she finished the trim relatively fast and easy and I was on my merry back to town. It wasn't until I arrived back home that my partner alerted me to the new wounds on the back of my neck that had dried blood. There was a deep wound, almost burn, on the left of my neck followed by a long scratch around two inches long as seen in the photos below. The first one you can see the deep wound better and the second is after a shower when the dried blood was washed off and it shows the long scratch better. Again, the experience was great and I still think that Marlena did a great job. I just wished that she would have told me that the wound had happened when it happened so that I was aware of it. I wouldn't be nearly as bothered by it if she had just straight up told me and I didn't have to find out by myself.

I have had many bad experiences with hair cuts in the past, but Marlena definitely goes above and beyond to listen to my concerns, and makes sure I am comfortable with the hair I want. I have been going to her for years for cuts and color, and she nails it every time! Couldn’t recommend her enough!

My hair was extremely damaged and needed major color correction. I am a natural brunette but have been coloring my hair blond for years. After the person I had been going to for a long time moved out of state, I tried a couple different salons in Reno. Over a period of nine months, my hair went from a cool-toned blond with highlights, to an ugly, flat dark brown color, that the second new hairdresser applied to try to fix the brassy orange, frizzy disaster that the first new hairdresser left on my head. But then I saw some of Spencer Terry's reviews. I was sick of wearing hats, so I decided to give him a try and I'm glad I did because he's brilliant. My friends and family who saw the downward spiral of my hair were shocked at how great it looked after one appointment with Spencer. Seriously - it took five appointments and nine months with other people to completely fry my hair, but after 4 hours (perfection takes time) with Spencer, it was back to a pretty, cool-toned shade of blonde. To fix the color, he used very fine highlights (I swear I had 100 foils on my head at one point) that, when blended with the darker base color, came out looking even better than my hair did with my original person. He also toned and deep-conditioned it, and gave me a really flattering cut that removed a lot of the damage without chopping off all my hair. One huge difference that I saw between Spencer and the others who came before him, is that he took the time to ask for pictures of my hair's current state, what the color had looked like before the damage, and what my final goal was. He used the information that I gave him before he even met me to create a strategy to fix my hair. It worked - he's a magic man!

The people there are super nice and did an amazing job cutting mine and my children's hair. They also donate hair to wigs for kids which is amazing. Highly recommend coming here!

Very clean and warm environment. Hannah who is the esthetician is really nice and does a great job. I haven't used any of the other services but I do know that Tracy,who is a nail tech does a great job as I've seen here work.
