I started seeing Jodi at Reveal for hormone replacement therapy. She has helped me feel great again, not just physically, but mentally. I'm able to sleep much better and my performance during workouts and other exercise has improved significantly. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and cares about helping improve quality of life. I highly recommend Reveal if you're looking for an HRT provider.

Beautiful space with amazing staff. It was my first experience in a Med Spa which I was a bit nervous about, but they were so welcoming. Best of all, after my service, my skin looks amazing as well! Would hugely recommend!

5 Stars Reveal Med Spa is incredible! I met Jenna, Amber, and Irma, and they all made me feel so welcome. Jenna explained everything about lip filler and helped me set up a consultation with Amber. Amber, one of the owners, was amazing—she spoke to me like an old friend, genuinely listening to what I wanted without any pressure. I decided to go with Irma for the filler because I had seen her work before, and it’s so natural and beautiful. She has the most gentle touch and guided me through the entire process, always making sure I was comfortable and happy with the results. If you’re hesitant or just curious, I highly recommend scheduling a consultation. It was such a positive experience, and I’m absolutely thrilled with my results. I feel more confident and couldn’t be happier!

All the staff here, including the owners, are the most amazing, genuine people you could meet! They truly want you to feel good about your body inside and out, and you can tell they know what they’re doing/talking about. While they have standard aesthetic treatments one might expect to see at a medspa, they also have a plethora of treatments for overall wellness. I’m ecstatic to see the results of my VI Peel and am excited to go back for more treatments in the future! If you’re on the fence about getting a treatment done, definitely give them a call and I know they’d be happy to ease any nerves you may have!

I followed my injector Irma here from another med spa, who I already knew I loved but I have been so pleasantly surprised with everyone here. I cannot speak enough praises about everyone there. Amber and Justin are so friendly and welcoming! Service is top notch and they offer just about everything you would want/need! Had PRP and Dysport here, with amazing results! Go check it out!

I love this Med - Spa! It’s absolutely beautiful and the staff is incredible. Jenna goes above and beyond to make you feel special. Amber truly cares for all the clients and took her time with my particular needs. Irma and Jodi are both so talented with their specialties. I’m excited to go back for my next service.

I recently came to Reveal as a referral. I was interested in the PRP that they offer, but more recently went in for an IV. I was feeling under the weather and got the immunity IV. Jodi, (the nurse on staff) was very nice, informative and attentive to the process. The chair, room and overall ambiance was comfortable. I felt a lot better the next morning and will certainly be back for more services in the future.

Irma is the very best in the springs! She has been my lady since I moved to the city. She is honest, caring, and always makes me feel better after leaving a session with her! I followed her to this amazing spa that has everything you could possibly want in health and wellness, along with a beautiful atmosphere and people!

Reveal Med Spas is the best place in CS for everything we need to maintain our youthful looks. Amber the owner is extremely down to Earth and has the most knowledgeable Aesthetic RN, Irma is the bomb! I trust no other person but Irma and no other Spa in town!

I am LOVING Reveal!! I attended their (soft) grand opening several weeks ago. One word? Fabulous. The attention to detail was evident, decor is STUNNING, staff is friendly and very professional, the product I’m currently using is fantastic and I’m eager to try several others. I received a B12 shot just this week to help bolster my energy and a big shout out to Irma….I didn’t even know she had given me the shot 👍🏻🍑. Customer service WIN with Jenna scheduling and welcoming you. I’ll be back!!!

First of all, holy cow it's gorgeous in there! The owners, doctors, and staff are all incredibly warm and knowledgeable, and helped guide me to the services that will be best for me without making it feel like a sales pitch. Will be back, will be buying gift certificates too.

I had my first treatment at Reveal Med Spas yesterday, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The moment I walked in, I was impressed by the beautiful decor and calming atmosphere—it immediately put me at ease. Irma was amazing! She handled my injections with such care, walking me through her recommendations and making sure I was comfortable the entire time. She was incredibly gentle, and I really appreciated how much attention she gave to detail. I’m already so happy with the results, and I can’t wait to see how everything settles in over the next few days. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend Reveal Med Spas to anyone considering a treatment!
