Sandra is the best, and really takes pride in her work. The first time i came here i git my lips, and she really pays attention to detail and provides touch ups as needed. The Inner Circle program gives an incredible price on Xeomin as well for those who like reoccurring appointments.

This is the only place I will go for my treatments. The office is comfortable and staff is personable and welcoming. Sandra is thorough with her consultation and each visit she knows exactly what I need and makes it as painless as possible. I used to go to ideal image until I tried Revenge MD and the difference is night and day. Sandra takes the time to truly customize your treatment and overall experience. Love everyone at Revenge! I’ve had Botox and two rounds of semaglutide and can’t speak highly enough. Dana and May are so knowledgeable and kind they both do everything they can to help you meet your goals. It can be intimidating and overwhelming to start a weight loss journey, but their approachability, expertise and kindness make it possible. I lost just about 40 lbs in their care. Highlg recommend!

What a great experience! I went in for a bit of wrinkle fix, XEOMIN, and July, who is an RN did the injections. Fabulous. so gentle, I didn't feel a thing. I have had other injections before at other locations, no -one has ever been as good. Great place, great atmosphere and July is THE BEST! Go see her today!

They ruined my face. The blonde I spent 400 for her to totally mess up my eye area spending tons getting it fixed. It was xeomin that they used although I can thank God it doesn't last long still she ruined my winter face

I called to inquire about getting a few treatments at this MedSpa....I was primarily interested in a facial, as well as possible injectables. I was informed that they use several different types of injectables and the prices vary depending on 'brand' which are apparently Versa, Juvaderm and Restylane there. Their Prices run anywhere between $700-850 per syringe. (yikes) But they are offering $220 off for first time clients....so at least provides a bit of a discount compared to other places I called. I also inquired about botox. I've only tried once in my life and know I need very little. (approx 10 units) as I just want to soften a few forehead lines that are getting deeper as I age. Preventative measure. I was told that I couldn't purchase per unit. I had to purchase a WHOLE syringe (I believe that is 50 units?)...which I don't need. They stated it was because of NV state law. WTH? NO, it isn't. Everywhere else I called allows you to purchase by the unit ($8-12 per unit on ave). No where else forces you to purchase a whole syringe for $400+! Or says it's a 'State Law'. Absolutely ridiculous! Needless to say, I won't be going to this MedSpa... Overpriced to begin with, but greed and dishonesty are deal breakers for me...smh

The first Red Flag I got from Revenge MD was their fake results commercial, patient is photoshopped and it is very obvious and I wouldn’t recommend them EVER. Be Suspicious.

I bought my wife the lips of her dreams for her to get lips from hell. Upon arriving the office was beautiful but one thing was missing, everyone’s licensing! While this raised a red flag for us, we saw the awesome reviews (which we don’t think are legit after our experience) and decided to proceed. While my wife got her lips injected the only things provided to her was numbing agents and a stress ball which didn’t help to distract her from the pain. My wife’s lips looked fine but swollen for the first few days and as the swelling went down we saw the lumps, we immediately tried to contact Revenge MD, but couldn’t get ahold of them and even tried going back down to the office for it to be locked up. Not knowing what to do we found ourselves in the office of Injection Gal (Over on Longley and Mccarran) who had her licensing posted on the walls and was able to explain and fix my wife’s lips. Turns out she didn’t get the filler she asked and paid for from revenge. The injection process done by injection gal went smoother and my wife was offered more during the procedure to help keep her distracted. Overall wouldn’t come here, injections are $25 more, they don’t have proof of licensing and they do lumpy lips.
