Highly recommend this salon. I’ve been going here for a few years now and Courtney always does an amazing job with my color and cut. Recently there was an issue with my booking but Tiff the owner came in and saved the day! She did an amazing job with my hair and was super kind and easy to get along with- I highly recommend this salon the stylist always do such great job and are great people!

I went here for the first time to get a layered cut and I loved it. Erin did a great job, I haven’t been able to find a hair stylist that can cut layered hair how I wanted and Erin did it perfectly! Everyone was also very friendly.

Everyone at Reverie was friendly and I felt like they cared about doing a good job. Unfortunately, my experience was excellent in every way except for how the color turned out and the expectation to pay for work that was objectively bad. First, I went to get my virgin hair lightened from level 7 (light brown/dark blonde) to level 8 (medium ash blonde). Instead, I got brassy orange hair :'( The next day, a different stylist said she could fix it. At first the correction was going to be free, but then she recommended adding highlights, which she'd charge for. I agreed to do what she recommended, particularly because at that point I asked to go to a level 9 (as long as it was ash blonde, not orange). Fortunately, she got rid of the orange. Whew! Unfortunately, she just put my hair back to how it was before I went to Reverie initially! I showed her and the manager pictures of what I looked like before. It was the same damn color. I wasted 6+ hours of my life and put my hair through 2 color treatments for nothing. Now, I get that s*** happens and hair can be unpredictable. But I was appalled that they still charged me for BOTH services! My hair is the SAME color as when I walked in! I don't know what I'm missing. This seems astonishingly unprofessional.

Riley made me feel so comfortable and I am SO satisfied with my experience!! She was so fun and easy to talk to, and really helped me decide what I was looking for. She explained throughout the whole process the steps we were doing, and I trusted her FULLY!!! The salon itself is such a cute space, and I definitely recommend Reverie & Riley!

Love love love this salon! The receptionists are always nice and the experience feels luxurious while still being affordable. I see Skyler for a cut and style every few weeks-months, she's the best! On top of leaving me highly satisfied every visit, she's so personable and makes an effort to remember all the little details and conversations you share despite lots of time going by and all of the clients she sees :)

BEST salon ever! Melanie is fantastic and I will forever fly from Florida to Raleigh to have her do my hair. My sister and I both see her and we are SO picky, she is seriously the best! The salon atmosphere is so young and modern and luxury and everyone is so sweet here. Cannot recommend enough!

Erin B is everything!!!! She is my hairstylist, my therapist, and my friend. I always look forward to seeing her. She is kind, easy going, and never fails to put me at ease. My hair is thick and dry… aka not easy to work with. Erin not only makes me feel beautiful during my time at the salon, she cuts and colors my hair so I’m leveling up my hair game every day! She is my favorite hair stylist to date. I recommend her to all my friends and family that live in the triangle and they all love her. And that’s because she is so talented at what she does!! Reverie Hair Co itself is also a gorgeous, lovely place to have your hair done and to relax for a bit. I love this place and am excited every time i see a haircut coming up. Keep up the good work ladies!!

Reverie makes it so easy to match with an amazing stylist with their online quiz. The studio is clean, bright and welcoming. Makala was ABSOLUTELY FANTASIC! She was kind, gentle and did an amazing job. She helped this new momma feel like her self again after a few months of very little self care!

I cannot recommend Salon Reverie enough! Every visit starts with a warm and friendly greeting from Jenn, who always makes me feel welcome. Melanie Santos is incredibly talented at cutting, coloring, and styling my hair. I’ve followed both Tiffany and Melanie for several years as they’ve moved salons, and their professionalism has always been top-notch. I had an amazing experience with Lauren, getting a cut and partial foil. She has so much expertise and spent so much time making sure everything was perfect. I felt so safe in her chair! The whole atmosphere was wonderful as well, and felt very welcoming. Would absolutely recommend.

I have been a customer of Reverie Hair Co. for more than 3 years now and always have an amazing experience here! I have seen multiple stylists but have found my best match with Courtney. My hair looks the best it has in a long time thanks to Courtney’s skills and advice. The salon is very clean, and well decorated as well as being a relaxing environment. I love Reverie!!! Aslan installed my extensions, which matched my hair color perfectly, cuts and colors my hair and she is simply amazing!! I get so many compliments on my hair. Jen, at the front of the house, could not be nicer!! She is so efficient at her job and makes me fill comfortable and appreciated!! She also makes a great latte! I personally have had amazing experiences here. My friend Caroline recommended Reverie a few years ago and I’ve been going to Shae Castagno ever sense. I have done everything from balayage lightening low lights haircut hairstyle and most recently hair extensions. The salon is clean cute and everyone there has a professional working environment making it an enjoyable experience. Love the results I’ve seen and and the care given to my natural hair and beauty

I see both Tiffani and Shae. I honestly hated the way my hair looked for over 10 years until I came to Reverie and they have far EXCEEDED my expectations. Not only did they take the time to listen to exactly what I wanted they really delivered! I can’t recommend Tiffani and Shae enough, they are both definitely masters at their craft!

I was charged an outrageous amount of money for something that looked nothing like what I asked for. This has nothing to do with me having unrealistic expectations or my hair not being able to achieve a certain color... I am completely understanding regarding issues like that especially if the stylist is a professional who doesn't give false hopes and is upfront about limitations. Let me assure you this stylist was NOT that kind of professional. I mean not even remotely. Not only were they not forthcoming about their own limitations but they also either totally lied to me or completely ignored me. There is only two ways my hair could look the way that it did walking out of the salon that day... either the stylist completely and utterly disregarded any and all of the specifications, requests, pictures that we had agreed on or they have absolutely no idea what they're doing and have no business touching anybody's hair. I feel like the person did whatever they felt like doing at the moment and had the audacity to look at me like I was crazy when I politely attempted to point out how my hair looks nothing like what I requested or what was agreed upon. I'm not exaggerating at all when I say that this person utterly ruined my hair... I mean she couldn't even get the base color right. I cried for over two weeks and then fumed for another three. I never called to complain because it wasn't going to do any good especially since I'd have to be crazy to let the same person touch my hair again. I paid almost $600 for a complete disaster and now I have to pay an arm and a leg more to have a color correction specialist eventually hopefully fix my hair. I wasn't going to put a review until I looked at my receipt just a few minutes ago trying to find the phone number for the place and was just outraged by the ridiculous charges for things that I never agreed to. I've had better work done at Fantastic Sams.

Reverie Hair Co. is exactly what it looks like, a cool studio with stylists who have the best outfits, hair, skills, + the best time together. Shae is the first person to ever color my hair professionally, as I’d previously gone to a family friend or Great Clips (I know). The studio is just great at making you feel welcome + invited, and Shae and I had really meaningful conversations that I still value. I was so nervous about really adding color (not just money pieces) to my hair for the first time but she took the time to calm my nerves and explain what I was looking for, in terms that I could digest. Would recommend any of these ladies, but especially Shae! I have also gotten a haircut with Erin back in the day, and I can confidently say she is a WHIZ when it comes to a good cut. I have naturally thick, THICK hair and she maneuvered it like it was nothing, leaving me light as a feather. 10/10 experience every time!

Riley was my hair stylist, and she made my hair look exactly how I wanted. She was friendly, funny, and made me have my dream hair. Truly my hair has never looked better! The stylists at Reverie are like Gladiators for hair!! I went to Reverie a week before I traveled to Europe to prepare for the heat. I saw Makala and she was awesome. I went to her in particular because I knew she was able to do fairylites. I got my hair cut as well and she asked lots of questions and made sure I knew what I wanted as well. Highly recommend coming here for a very relaxing experience!! I always feel welcome when coming to this salon.

This salon is like my second home!!! Genuinely such sweet people and Skyler ALWAYS does such amazing job. She’s been doing my hair for years and always knows exactly what i want. Everyone is so amazing when it comes to making appointments bc im so last minute and they’re always so accommodating. They have so many snacks and stuff, i eat up like every single hersheys kiss they have at the counter when i go.. Can’t recommend Reverie and Skyler enough!!

As someone that just moved to the area, I was looking for a an upbeat, modern salon. Reverie is just that. The salon is trendy and the stylist are great at providing recommendations. Taylor made me felt as if I had seen her for years. She did a phenomenal job and was so kind.

I've had services here from two different stylists and both were spot on for me! My schedule is really challenging and doesn't allow me to make appointments often so I find myself unable to see the same person more than once. That is a difficult thing when you're looking for reliability on a style. Reverie Hair Co has never let me down. I even sent my husband there and he came back looking like a million bucks.

The color I wanted in my hair was uneven, I had a different color in my roots than the color of the rest of my hair. I called the front desk to request a refund for my money for the products used, since I had to go to another hair salon to get my hair done, spend another 4 hours and pay for everything again, and it doesn't seem fair to me that I have to pay for products that didn't improve or add any value to my hair; However, they told me that there was nothing they could do and that I was welcome to leave a review and tell my experience. This happened 5 days ago and so far no one has contacted me.

I went in for a “dimensional brunette” look . I was greeted by the front desk staff with a smile and my stylist Taylor . Taylor did an amazing job asking me what I wanted. I have very dark brown hair so I showed her some pictures of hair. And she recommended the balayage . She was very thorough and ensured the bleach was applied in small batches to preserve the strength for each layer. I appreciate her so much because I have a lot of hair!! She did an amazing job and it clearly shows ☺️ While my hair was in the works I saw the talent from the other stylists and they all know their craft extremely well. Any of the girls at Reverie will deliver the best hair service. I will be coming back for my touch up !
