Horrible customer service. Pays no attention to what they’re doing to their clients hair asked for burgundy and got orange. Won’t fix what they messed up. They were in such a hurry but didn’t forget to charge $150 for their horrible services. If I could give them negative stars… I would.

Yesterday I did Walk In at Revive Hair Salon for a trim and to have my hair lightened. The hairdresser who did my hair was very friendly and very professional. I have very bad planning so I went in later then I should have and since my hair is long it took a couple hours to do. She stayed after the salons closing time to finish. She did everything to my hair just like I wanted. I would 100% recommend going here.
