I recommend Alexis RN! I’ve had 3 sessions of laser hair removal with her. She listens and cares! She makes sure you are comfortable and also involves you with the plan. She’s the best!

If you need laser hair removal, GO SEE ALEXIS. I followed her to Revive and she is the best - so nice, so patient, so gentle and effective. Also happy she is at Revive Carmel Valley! I'm pleasantly impressed with the location. The facilities are beautiful, most up-to-date technology and machines, and you can tell they take great care of their A+ staff. Go there for all your beauty needs!

The location is perfect for a relaxing and pampering self care day. My aesthetician is an expert clinician - Alexis is just so good at what she does. She explained the treatment plans, provides you with insights or results and options. She involved me in the decisions. These are marks of compassionate clinician.

First time ever getting Dysport and have a phobia of needles...nurse Taylor made me feel so comfortable I didn't even think about the needles! I love the results as she has made it look so natural and was very transparent in how much I needed and when I would likely need to come back for more. Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely be back!

I have gotten microdermabrasion here prior and had a great experience with Malia! I just started the Forever Young BBL facial with Alexis and she did an amazing job! I thought it might hurt but she explained the whole process and it didn't hurt at all. It's been a few hours post-facial and my skin is looking amazing, I am so happy with the results after just one session!

Hi, I went to this place in 2016 for lip enhancement. My very first treatment ever for beauty enhancement and last one. It was a very bad experience in every way and my ery normal lips looked disfigured and scared afterwards; even to this day April 2024 I have scar from it. My lips were injected 78 times the first time and the results was disfigured lips; after several days I was scheduled for second visit for correction, this time I stop counting injections to my lips after 62 times. I was tortured and still didn’t look nicer or normal as I walked in their clinic the first time. Oddly, shockingly and shamelessly they wanted to charge me for the second time and in full! I got upset and refused to pay for second time which according to their policy offered free correction within a time frame which was if anyone not happy with the results in the first few day will get a second chance for correction and free as I was told in my consultation!. (How would you know the result of their work in the first few days when they are telling you that swelling won’t go down for weeks!? ) tricky!. Do not trust this business. I believe the nurse was just injecting needles in my lips without any solution mostly!. On top of all of the drama I was treated poorly at the desk by a very young girl less than 1/2 of my age who kept rolling her eyes for me as it’s not elegant refusing to pay their nonsense fee for the second time!. She had no clue of how to handle their own bad service and unhappy costumer and kept repeating the full $$$ amount for the second visit and kept refusing to honor their own policy and treating me as I was a con-artist which was completely other way around. To make the story short I stood on my ground and refuse to pay a penny more than I’d already paid on my first visit. finally, after being interrogated by two office managers, they waved the second nonsense charge!. This place is hell for people who are looking for beauty enhancement. (( Live with what god gave you; It would be much better than what you will end up with at Revive Carmel Valley.))

One word - Polly!!! She did such an incredible job on my lips. I cannot recommend her enough. She made the experience fun, light and I really did not experience any pain. Its the second day and I have no bruising and no pain. Highly recommend.

A friend referred me here and we both received an excellent referral deal for her doing so. I was first kindly greeted by the very lovely and amiable Sophia in the reception area. She instantly made me feel welcome and serene. This was my first time at any medspa. I had the Diamond Facial by Summer, and the entire experience was wonderful. Summer was extremely sweet, kind, professional, caring, gentle, and asked me about my skincare routine, my concerns, what I like, don't like, etc before we got started. My facial was very relaxing and my skin looked and felt AMAZING after. The bed was warm and cozy. Everything clean, modern, top quality. I am looking forward to my next appointment.

I had a BBL laser done by Sam. Sam was awesome previously I had had a laser done that was too intense and damaged my skin so I was fearful of how this might turn out. Sam took her time to review my Face and determined that she felt that it was safe to do the laser at a low-dose, I’ve gone back for a second and my face looks so much better. I am so pleased.

More up-to-date review (my one below is from five years ago) - But my sentiments are the same. I went in today and worked with RN Taylor S for the first time. I was doing a bit of everything (lips, botox, cheeks and jaw.) Taylor was so kind and helpful. She made sure I was aware of all alternatives and her recommendations but I never felt like I was obligated to go with / change anything. I do believe, however, that I went with some of her recs vs what I came in stating, and I am beyond happy with her work and the products. She was patient, professional and took care to ensure everything looked good from both of our POVs. I love this Revive location and Taylor is AWESOME. The check-in and out were easy as well with the staff at the front desk also being very kind. Kind and knowledgeable staff. Have gone here twice and will be the only med spa I go to. Susan is amazing and always is mindful of what I do and don’t want. My results have been outstanding.

I had an appointment with nurse Taylor and she did such an amazing job, noticing even more so now that my face has had a week for everything to settle in. She treated me so gently, professionally, and was so personable and really tailored what we did to exactly what: A. I wanted personally, B. with her expertise. I will definitely be back to have nurse Taylor as my injector again!!
