I hadn't had a haircut in over a year. I've been ill and finally decided to do something for myself. I could not have made a better choice than Johnie at Revive. I chose his salon in the first place because he uses organic products and that is so important to me. He did such an excellent job cutting and highlighting my hair, doing exactly what I asked. I felt like a whole new person when I left. And bonus - Johnie is a blast to talk to!! I highly recommend Revive Organic Salon!

Johnie is by far the best hairstylist I have ever experienced, especially with kids. My 4 year old son was nervous to get his haircut, but Johnie calmed him down, and did a fantastic job. My husband and I were so grateful for his patience, and kindness. Thank you again ☺️💜

Johnie is fun to work with, extremely versatile, and super talented. His mens cuts are great for my business/office needs, but he also does great highlights, full color and women's cuts for others in my family. Highly recommend this unique and truly Portland experience :)

I chose this salon after my other stylist moved out of town due to the fact that they stated on their website that they were certified in head shape matters haircutting technique. I had been going to another salon for the past 2+ years and have always been exceptionally pleased with every cut. I brought in the measurement sheet from my previous stylist and I don't know what happened, but my haircut was AWFUL and was nothing like the haircuts I have been getting for the past 2+ years. The cut was so bad that I didn't even want to go back and have Johnie try to fix it. :( Unfortunately, I will not be going back to this salon.

Johnny is the most fantastic human. 3 of us went for haircuts, and we all left pleased as heck! I had my mohawk restructured, and it feels really fresh and clean. I'm glad we found this place. It's a 1-human operation so it was quiet and good to relax after work. Will definitely visit again!!

Made a quick stop here to pick up a couple of items purchased from an online store and the employee was extremely polite and helpful, making the whole experience a positive one. Definitely will use this location for order pickups in the future.

Very cute and quaint little one chair salon. I was only there to pick up a package, but ended up purchasing several items from his shelves of polish, nails, jewelry, cosmetics and more... He was polite and not at all put out by people only popping in to retrieve online orders from a catalog company. But with the novelty items and clearance shelf, I had no problem supporting a local business by combining my package pickup with personal purchases as well.

I was looking for a new salon that uses ammonia free, organic color(my stylist has moved out of state). I’m so glad I’ve found this salon. Johnie did such a great job on both my haircut and color! Highly recommend this salon to all who really cares about their hair and their health.
