The person who did my hair was very nice, however, I am disappointed with the results. I wanted a touch up on my roots and to brighten up my hair a little. Instead, I got a bunch of over processed white bleached strands on top of the blonde I already had. The top of my hair looks almost the same as it did when I arrived, (roots grown on) so I do not feel like I got what I payed for. I was expecting a better blend, but my the top of my head is simply brown and then bright white blonde, no blend. I felt like I wasted 4 hours sitting in a chair just to be let down by the final product.

After 5 hours the color was not right, I had strips across the top of my head and still no cut and style. Very disappointed. Kelly is not a specialist in color like she advertised.

First time in my life I got a trim usually I say trim stylist cut 3 or 4 ".Kelli was my stylist. She got my color just like I described to her. I'll never go any other place.

I love my hair. It's exactly what I wanted. I ask for trim that's what I got. When I made my appointment I sent picture to Kelli Dodgens-Farr told her I wanted lighter but not bleach blonde look. It's a honey color. I think this is first time I got exactly what I wanted. Friendly atmosphere. Call and get an appointment with farr.out.hair.bykk. you will like results.

Went and got my hair done here and asked for a trim with a balayage and left with 7 inches of my hair cute off and literally just highlight not a balayage at all and they were chunky ugly highlights not what I asked for at all and she charged me 210$ this salon is horrible they need breanne back

My sister made an appointment to get her hair cut at this location and the woman named Michelle butchered her hair. My sister was under the impression the haircut would only cost 25 dollars per the company website the woman charged her 47 dollars. To make the whole thing worse was when Michelle asked my sister what her husband does for a living my sister informed her she is married to a woman, Michelle started to careless cut my sister's hair and completely ruined her hair. When my sister told Michelle that she didn't like her haircut and that it looked nothing like the picture all she said was she would fix it a few days later. My sister was so upset she cried for hours this business needs to get their employees in line to treat their clients with more respect and not judge them based on their lives. My sister had to go somewhere else to get her hair fixed. Thanks for hurting my sister Revive salon!
