Excellent practice. After years of nightmare experiences with the V.A. Healthcare system I think I may have finally found my primary care physician home. Dr. Giselle and her team (only one of who's name I remember, Karla), because I mistakenly pronounced it with a "C" are all fantastic. Thank God.

Can't even pick up a simple phone call during "open hours". I've even noticed they would decline the phone call so you couldn't reach them. Can't get a massage if they don't want to answer the phone🤷‍♂️

Drove 30 minutes to be told staff overbooked time slot and wouldn’t have time to complete massage. Won’t ever support this business again. No attempt to reschedule or apology. Save your time and money.

We received a couples massage today and let me tell you- Maurice and Quana were PHENOMENAL! They were both very professional and listened to our every need. They were also very respectful of our privacy which is very important! They hit the right spots with the right amount of pressure. Im not sure I agree with some of the negative reviews so dont let them detour you because this experience was fantastic. The facility was very clean and the entire staff was courteous. We will definitely be coming back!

Take it from another massage therapist- Maurice was great. He knew how to give just the right amount of pressure and his technique really helped me relax and melt away tension. Thanks Maurice! Also, I really enjoyed being able to use the sauna after my massage. The staff was kind and welcoming. I’ll definitely be going back as soon as I can for self care.

Everyone here is so nice. I have been coming here for a few years. They did however go up on my membership price which kind of upsets me. I am moving and hope to find a similar place in the new area I will be living in.

I love the fun deals and discounts that they offer at this location. Stephanie who works the front desk is very nice and makes me feel welcome. I have been going here for a couple of months now with my mom and we get a couples massage. I have found my favorite massage therapist which is Timothy. He has a good pressure and makes me feel very very relaxed. Overall, I give this place 5 Stars!

I booked a 50-minute couples massage for my spouse's birthday, and added a hot stone massage to the package when I spoke to a lady over the phone. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what we expected. First, our session only lasted 30 minutes instead of the full 50 minutes. The massage itself was not efficient and didn’t provide the level of relaxation we were hoping for. On top of that, they completely forgot about the hot stones that I had added during the booking. When I mentioned it, the two ladies attending us said they needed to check with the front desk and left the room. My spouse and I waited for an update, but they never came back to address the issue. To make things worse, a few minutes later, they aggressively knocked on the door and asked if we were okay inside, which felt intrusive and unprofessional. Overall, we were very disappointed with the lack of communication and service during what was supposed to be a special occasion.

This was mine and my boyfriends first time here and I am already ready to go back! We had Maurice and Kendra, I believe, and when I tell you those hands were magic I'm not kidding! They were both very respectful and considerate even with my lavender allergies! Went in with a killer migraine and left feeling like a new born baby lol! 50 minutes was not long enough, we will definitely be back! They dude working the front desk was also very friendly!

I have traveled and had plenty of massages before. I have to say coral is a first class massage therapist! She is extremely professional, extremely experienced, and very knowledgeable. When I left; I felt like my muscles resurrected! I will be back to see Coral.

I saw their couples massage Groupon special and I immediately called and book. They granted me the price and the massage was AMAZING!! Their waiting area was very clean and decorated amazing and the place smelled very nice. Maurice and Kenya were spectacular and so professional. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for relaxation and self care 💆🏻‍♀️

My wife and I have been members at this place so long, it has moved and changed names. We even stayed monthly members through the pandemic. The management and staff are always amazing. The ambiance is quiet and soothing. We do a 1.5 hour couples massage every month and have never had a bad massage or experience.

Very friendly employees. I can't summon the words to describe how amazing my massage was. 80 minutes was just not enough. Maurice is the absolute best. Massages are my favorite thing, and he is probably my top rated of any I have ever received. I will be back!

First time here I saw Coral and she was great! She focused on all my problem area's, I had pulled my back and struggle with sciatica, she was able to relive so much of that pain. Shes was so helpful by showing stretches to help with my issues. Thank you! can’t wait to come back! The place is clean and relaxing facility.

I have visited several time and had a great experience. However, lately it's impossible to schedule Hot Stone online. When I called I was told no opening even though several slots showing online. The person I am with did not seem interested in helping or looking at alternatives. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I would give this place a 0 stars if i could. This place started off well. I've been there a few times. But things went wrong. 1. I had my facial appt today with Kenya. Worst facial. There are spots on my face that she didn't even touch, nor did she apply the product evenly. She didn't have her act together. Throughout my appointment, I thought that she was either a trainee or she hated her job. I looked up the reviews to find out she is not a facial expert she only does massages. I gave my feedback to Michelle (I don't know what her capacity is in running that place), but she didn't trust my feedback and kept backing up her employee. I took a day off to get myself a facial after a long time. I left their place upset and feeling robbed. They could not give my time back, but she didn't even offer a refund or even try to sympathize with my experience. 2. A few months ago, my husband took an appointment for me for a massage with a female therapist. When I went in for my appt, they only had a male therapist available. I went ahead and rerescheduled my massage but was charged $50 fee. I wasn't left with a choice as they charged my card on file. I still gave this place a second chance. But I am done with them. I'm never going back nor recommending this place to anybody. Update: I'm editing my response to reply to the owner's comment below: Your employee lied. I didn't ask questions all through the session, I can quote the instances I spoke to Kenya. 1. She didn't even put my headband right. My hair kept falling on my face multiple times she used her nail to drag the hair strand out of my cheek, and that hurt me. I told her her her sharp nail hurt my cheek. That's the first instance i spoke to Kenya while laying there. 2. She didn't fill water in her steamer or whatever she did. She wasn't prepared, and by the time she turned it on, it made a loud noise, which was very uncomfortable as the machine was set up right beside my ear. That's the second sign I gave to her. 3. She used a very rough cloth to clean up my face pressing it hard. I told her the cloth was rough on my face. Third instance. 4. I asked her why she was using a steamer if she was going to do extractions, and she said she wasn't going to (which I already knew). I was wide awake the whole time because the session wasn't relaxing for the above three reasons. I am fine if u can't fix what has happened, but make it a better experience for future clients by taking our feedback. But you blame your customers for bringing up genuine concerns to you is hopeless. You are absolutely trying to blame me for paying you my money and getting a horrible experience. I am aware of your cancellation policy, and I've paid them before. What I don't understand is that you are not honoring requests or keeping your commitments and changing them at your convenience. Making customers pay fee. Don't try to blame whatever that has happened today on me, ma'am. I am very clear about what happened. You gave a bad paid service, and I am giving u feedback for it. If possible, take responsibility and set an example so that more people support local businesses. This is one of the reasons why local businesses don't grow.

What an interesting experience! Immediate hospitality from the front desk as soon as we walked in the building, very informative on how to go about things, and offered drinks while waiting. The massage therapists were polite and helpful, and did such an amazing job! Making sure we were comfortable and breathing properly through the massage Highly recommend this place, and had such a great relaxing experience!

-10/10 don’t recommend. I paid for a couples massage and I spoke with a man over the phone, regarding my partner being extremely sick and won’t be able to make it , I could not reschedule due to same day, so I asked if i could get another massage another day, the man said yes that’s fine. but when i arrived the lady (manager) stated a different answer and did not allow me to have the second massage. I travel around DFW and go to many massage parlors and have memberships as well and this one is not it. Recommend going to a different massage parlor.
