This place used to be really good, they did a very complicated haircut for me before and it was great, but last time I went recently I booked with Judith since she's really good, but was working with another client the same time as me, I felt rushed and like she was just rushing my haircut and I was a little nervous watching her scatter back and fourth made it feel like I was a bother. Didn't help that her assistant (I think she was) had to blow dry my hair and put it on a really high heat and put it very close to my scalp burning me, it hurt really bad and had to ask if she can put it to a cooler level, my hair did come out cute but the thing is the next day after trying to style my hair one side was very short than one side and it was very noticeable and I had it pointed out, it was embarrassing, very sad I had to put this review:( hope this place will get better in the future or better at booking times

When I booked my appointment I asked if the stylist was experienced and knowledgeable … was told by the owner Judith that the person she wanted to book me with charges $45 for a hair cut… well know that I have no way if gauging what that means thus I make the appointment… when her (Brianna) every action and decision was questioned (concerning) by the stylist to the owner Judith… of whom told the stylist step by step mixes and toners to use… when it came to the actual hair cut I have to say was given a blunt back of my hair cut! So much product was put in my hair I had to go home and wash the stickiness out … I tried to curl my CLEAN hair only to find that the back of my hair was cut bluntly (sticking out) with no curl using my curling iron because my hair did not layer right due to the novice hair dresser I was not told what her experience was but what the cost equated too… shame on you owner Judith for your using a dollar amount instead of your staffs actual status of freakin Junior hair stylist of which I was exposed to of which a senior hair stylist in your company makes $75 an hour? As I indicated during our initial phone conversation I was looking for an EXPERIENCED hair stylist… questioning your honest best practices! Before the appointment my hair was uneven but healthy after this session is dry and straw like the grey color I requested turned blond highlights DO NOT BOOK here your hair will be ruined !!! Note while I was in the chair during my appointment there were 3! Customers that came in for a FIX !!! My bad for not going with these bad signals! Don’t be fooled … Judith (owner) does and says whatever to get you in and pay!!!

JUDITH IS AWFUL. She is a rude & self-centered lady. I did not feel welcomed and and she was rushed me during the whole appointment. She's all about the money. I wanted my hair dyed minding you I never dyed my hair in my life. I was asking several questions Judith was getting annoyed. I had an appointment with this other lady but she was asking Judith questions for help. I didn’t feel comfortable with asking Judith anything else after how she was responding. So started talking over to other the lady I had scheduled an appointment with. You know this lady aka “Judith” literally got in my face . My body was faced to the mirror. She The chair is 360. So she spinned me over so I could face her & told me this “I’m the professional don’t look over there and don’t talk to her” just from that comment I could tell Judith was probably higher than all the staff or maybe their boss. The lady doing my hair I could tell she felt uncomfortable but she couldn’t say anything. I didn't wanna state how I felt because I didn't want her purposefully messing up my hair for standing up for myself.I couldn’t just feel the tension. She probably gives that lady hell. I wanted a test strand on my hair I didn’t want my whole hair dyed because it was my first time and I didn’t know how it would turn out. Judith rolled her eyes at me huffed & puffed and walked away and told me I was waisting her time. Then she was like now you gotta pay an extra $30 for waisting my time and her time. She call herself checking me. Then after the test strand was done. I asked Judith another question she was like “ look you are still waisting my time I just answered this you can go to another stylist if u don’t like our services.” Remember I’m still confused about hair dye and toner. All I can say is don’t go to Revolver hair studio. She rude with a stank attitude and very controlling. I am the nicest person and didn’t deserve this.

Since I moved to Fresno in 2022, I’ve been to this hair salon 4 times. Twice to cut my hair and twice to color my hair. All of the times, the hair stylists was able to achieve what I wanted but I don’t set high expectations. I don’t think it’s fair to expect the hair stylists to be magicians. They work with what they have and for me, they do an awesome job. I’m always able to book an appointment for the next day. It’s costly but so is everything else so I’m happy with the price and how they accommodated what I wanted. I’ve had different stylist every time but all of them was amazing. I would recommend if you’re okay with the price. I will totally be back!

I got my haircut with Judith and she did an amazing job. I was skeptical about curtain bangs but she made them look great! She gave me exactly what I had envisioned and I will definitely be going back with her.

All I can say is you will leave this place feeling happy and returning.. the ladies here are all Amazing soul's 💯 throughout all places I've been to for either hair cuts or dye, I've never FELT like home. Monica cuts my hair and Katrina does my hair! But honestly they all do Great Work. Let them know Alicia sent you ❤️ You'll Leave Feeling Yourself I know I did lol

I came in with hopes of looking “different” I understand u can’t go from black to blonde in a day but I had reasonable expectations. After they first tried sending me home with a murky brown, silver, and some blond(ish) highlights I did voice my concern & another stylist had to come over and assist my stylist which further made me doubt her ability. They fixed my hair adding some highlights but ultimately I left with the same color and maybe a root touch up. After letting them know I felt the 220$ price didn’t feel fair - they basically said pay the full Malik to or were calling the cops. Normally I’d stay, but being as upset as I was, and now behind schedule for work I chose to give them the amount and leave. I’m hoping somehow someway this could be fixed. This is what they called blonde & sent me home with. Photos were taken second time around in the bathroom before once again letting them know. Willing to continue sending in photos if need be. Update ; they never fixed or offered to fix the issue

I had the same thing happen to me like Ana baker. Went in to get highlights just in the front. They told me It wouldn't be possible. I would have to do 3 sessions to get it as white as I wanted. The then showed me what color they could do to start off. I was ok with it. However, the girl working on my hair keep asking the styles for help. On top of that the Foil keep following off.. when she'd finally washed everything out she managed to drenched my entire back with water. My highlights were orange, and you could see at the roots how off the color was. There was 3 different shade of orange in my hair. At this point they put the blame on my hair instead of their inexperienced styles. They had to darken my hair back to brown. So at the end I went in with brown hair and came out with brown hair and they charge me $220.. Which is interesting, because the also charge Ana the same price but she did all her hair where I only did the front. Will never go here again , nor do I recommend it.

Went to go get my hair cut by Monica and she did an awesome job! Got exactly what I wanted and she was very kind. The rest of the staff was welcoming as well and were friendly. :)

It really pains me to leave such a bad review because the staff was really sweet, but truthfully they did a terrible job. I came here twice, paid over $300 just to get a single streak in my hair dyed white, and they didn't even do that. It was already blonde when I came in, first time they charged $180 and there was no difference. I asked if they could do it again to make it white, we rescheduled two months later and all she did was bleach it again, but this time she charged me $220 My streak is still yellow as corn I absolutely can not believe I spent this much money on such a tiny piece of hair for no change. Next time if you guys are incabaple of doing something just say that. I really don't appreciate how these transactions went down. Will definitely be telling all my friends not to come here.

Katrina did my hair. I've previously been with my hairstylist for 7 years before she moved out of state and was recommended to come here by a friend and I was not disappointed! She was great, friendly and made me comfortable.

My partner tried twice to get her hair cut here first time they made an appointment and we get there and the person who she had an appointment with didn't do pixie cuts we were not informed of this prior so we reschedule for a10am appointment we get there and the person didn't come in till 1 this place is very very unprofessional I will never go back or recommend it to any of my friends

Take me a 2 months for my appointment so I made my appointment to cut and paint I suggested a color and a cut the girl who attended me told me I can't do the cut or the color my other appointment is waiting for me when I wait 45 minutes for her to attend me I didn't feel welcome I suggested more colors and cuts and she told me that she didn't have time to make them. I think that for the price they charge, one deserves better treatment if they are exclusive to other clients. and I left This is not my first time here but no everyone is welcome here any more so bye bye i can’t pay in other salons

The attention to detail is incredible. Maybe I just haven't been to a good hair salon in a long time, but the girl cutting my hair, wish I knew her name, was amazing. She took her time and got every hair right. Worth every dollar for sure.

This place is amazing. Everyone is super professional. All the stylists take their craft EXTREMELY serious and are super talented. They are all very friendly. From Judith, to Katrina, to Jeanette, Cindy and Steph. I love how they will be honest with everyone even if it means they won't get paid, I really respect them for that. Once while I was getting a hair cut this woman wanted to get color but she had a relaxer in and the color could've ruined her hair, so Judith tells her instead of just going for it and wishing for the best. The lady seemed dissapointed at first but she understood. Go here if you are serious about you hair. You'll be amazed of how much talent there is in one place. Support Local!
