I’ve been going to Reyna’s Salon with my father since i was five years old. They have amazing service, the hair always turns out great, and shes never let me down with what i want in my hair or want my hair to look like. Overall love her and her work and how sweet she is to everyone.

I am always happy with hair service... She is the only one that always cut my hair the way i like it. The only thing is i do not like waiting . as she is only doing walk in clients not by Appointment.

cada quien tiene opinion diferente y es asetable ya que cada cabeza es un mundo pero yo .. en todo chicago por 25 anos no habia encontrado alguien que me gustara como me corta el pelo ella tiene buena mano y ademas si se toma su tiempo es profecional y buena en lo suyo, simplemente a mi me encanta !!! y es una persona trabajadora y da lo mejor de ella.y si hay opiniones diferentes es por que simplemente no la conosen ... a mi y a mi hija nos facina yo no confio mi pelo mas que a ella

Been going to see her for at least 20 years, for me the best from perms to coloring and haircuts I just choose what I want and comes out the way I describe it. All my kids are happy with the service the wait sometimes is long because she is always busy but so worth it or you can always choose another day and get there early.

She charged me $60 and I took my own shampoo and conditioner plus the hair style did not turn out close to what I showed her. Lost a customer. She even said sorry it did not turn like the picture and still charged $60 when my regular hair dresser only charges me $30.

The wait times are long YES! HOWEVER there are signs that alert you as you walk in. So no biggie. Anyway my friend took me there years ago. I go arround to other places but somehow I ALWAYS come back to Reynas when i need something profesionally done. My stylist.💜

Listen, I love giving people the benefit of the doubt but this place is annoyingly painful to be in. Firstly, I can wait for long periods of time. I’ve done six flags lines for around 2 hours to get on that awesome ride! But this is ridiculous. I’ve tried to get a hair cut at this place twice by myself, on separate occasions. The first occasion there was two workers and seven people in front of me, I waited...and waited...and waited and by the time an hour and thirty minutes passed by I walked out the door. It’s obnoxious when the lady is taking her time, talking drama, and doesn’t pay attention to how many people are actually there waiting for her attention. The second time I went with my sister, we waited there for an hour and 45 for Reyna to not even finish a woman’s hair (She had been dying it) and then proceed to invite the female in front of us (SHE was getting her hair dyed too). Reyna had told us it would be another hour or so before I can get a haircut. You kidding me? This is a joke. I walked out that time too. A literal wait fest for haircuts that aren’t even 10/10 quality. I’ve been there on another occasion too for a fact, I waited 45 minutes before my eyebrows were skinner than a line. I was disappointed, this place is a mess.

Reyna is great at what she does. I come for a hair trim every three to four months and my hair grows quite a bit! I highly recommend.

Reyna has been my stylist ever since I was a toddler! 23 years later and Im still here! The only person I let touch my hair and not once have I left her Salon dissatisfied ! Amazing customer service and always very attentive! Reyna ha sido mi estilista desde que era una niña pequeña! ¡23 años después y todavía estoy aquí! ¡La única persona a la que dejo tocar mi pelo y ni una vez me ha dejado insatisfecha ! ¡Increíble servicio al cliente y siempre muy atenta!
