I went to get my eyebrows threaded, the lobby had a few customers in it, and one of the people working there immediately told me they were closed. I didn't object because I figured they were closing early. I then saw them proceeded to provide services for two other customers that walked in as I got into my car. This is typically the place I come to for threading, not sure why I was turned away. I was thoroughly disappointed in their business conduct.

Came here first a brow threading since I'd never had one before. I didn't know my brows could be so PERFECT! The gal doing it was SO sweet and patient since kept sitting up before she was done. 🤣 I'll definitely be back :)

First time I came to R&G threading I was helped immediately. I was nervous at first but when I got my brows done there was no pain, I enjoyed the conversation that was shared with me and she was so nice, and friendly and understanding. I asked her for name it was (Sandy). I always ask for her 💕

I was told wait time was 10-15 min I waited 30 When I got my eye brows threaded it took at least 2 minuets. I asked why the wait time waa so long when I was told it would be shorter. There was only about 6 other customers in front of me which does add up to about 10-15 min. I was waiting to be seen and another customer that came in after me was seen before me, she claimed she was late to be somewhere. So she asked the patron whose name was next if she could go in front of him, he said yeah I was after him so she cut in front of me which was disrespectful and unacceptable. I think the staff needs to work with a sense of urgency and stop the chatter so much. People have places to be, customers came in an left seeing the dumber of people waiting. You are loosing customers yeah they’ll come again but when you’re not working with a sense of urgency that’s not good. On another note I do come here when I need my eye brows done but it’s ridiculous on the wait time. You guys are running a business get people in get people out in timely manner.

Found this place on accident because my normal shop was randomly closed. The staff is so kind and super communicative! I think I have a new shop & couldn’t be happier with the outcome of my brows! :D 11/10

Service was friendly and exceptional. Wait time wasn’t long and her work was amazing! Will definitely be coming back again. Interior is nice and chic. The chairs for service were very comfortable. Might try the henna brow next time, we shall see.

Tanu is amazing! She understood exactly what I wanted and I am super happy with my brows (which rarely happens at other threading places). It was quick and very neatly done. This is now my go-to place. Highly recommended and definitely ask for Tanu!!!

We heard from this place from a loved one, great job every time, normally in/out within 15 min most 45/1hr on a Saturday etc. But worth the experience! Consistent every single time! Best time to visit has been evenings just after work/school during the week.
