**UPDATE 10/27/24:** I’ve been regularly visiting Aline for my men’s haircuts, and I highly recommend her expertise. She has a genuine passion for cutting men’s hair and excels in lining up beards. Aline’s service also includes a hot towel treatment and a massage, which adds a nice touch that many other places overlook. Her attention to detail ensures a painless experience, leaving clients looking sharp and well-groomed. Aline truly stands out in her field. — Lela did a great job on my hair. I was delighted with how well she handled my cut and repaired it from the damage I’ve experienced from visiting barbershops that don’t have the level of expertise that this shop has.

Hey, I got a call last week letting me know that my stylist Tres will no longer be at the salon. So I wanted to get a cleanup before she left so I looked for availability online and saw she was already removed. I reached out to Tres directly and she is still at the salon for 2 more days. I understand the need to move forward but it is a bad customer experience to remove the access to a preferred stylist before she actually leaves.

I was trying to book my first appointment as a new client today and was very excited to visit this salon for a haircut since I saw really good reviews, unfortunately the receptionist is completely unprofessional, she was trying to get my card on file and she would constantly put the wrong digits and asking me to repeat the numbers over and over. After several tries she still couldn’t do it. Please have a professional stuff at the reception desk or don’t have such policy and don’t ask about the card info upfront if the staff can not understand the numbers. It’s a shame that I wasn’t even able to see the hair professionals at this salon and give a nice review. Have to find a different salon.
