I had such a great experience with Sharetta at Rich Esthetics! Not only was my makeup application amazing, but I also appreciated Sharetta’s professionalism and adherence to COVI9-19 protocols (she wore a mask the whole time). This is my second visit and my first after the pandemic started and I must say her services brought some light and were even better than last time! Sharetta provides stellar customer service, professionalism, knowledge, patience, understanding and concierge level of service that I’ve never experienced before when it came to my Facials. One of the onliest places where I can fall asleep while getting a facial. Of course this is prior to extractions, but nonetheless, a relaxing experience. Sharetta is also very knowledgeable about what products to use for a home regimen to keep your skin in shape until your next facial. I recommend the entire experience!

Sharetta is the best in town!!! I’ve been seeing her for several years for facials and I owe my beautiful skin to her. I recently did a make-up tutorial session and she was able to teach me some everyday technique to achieve a simple and flawless look. Since she knows my skin so well, she was able to recommend some makeup that would reduce shine and now I am able to wear makeup all day without looking like a shiny penny. The absolute most amazing experience ever! From the moment I walked in to the very end. The atmosphere is so ascetically pleasing. Ms. Retta is so sweet and caring for offering snacks and making sure I was okay throughout my appointment. She even went the extra mile of explaining the entire process in a manner that didn’t feel so overwhelming or “corporate” like while keeping a peaceful vibe. She is a great conversationalist as well! Mostly, the facial felt blissful and relieving. She made sure to go in depth with the exfoliation, message, and extractions. In the end, I left glowing and beyond satisfied. Highly recommended!

My skin was complete perfection after this session. I came in for a facial plus dermaplane and just WOW. Atmosphere is super relaxing and there are a ton of snacks to get you settled in to make you feel relaxed and at home. Sharetta is educated in all things skincare so she will customize the experience to suit your needs. She used a series of face masks on me and gently extracted blackheads from my face, especially my nose - no scarring at all. I felt like a glow queen after my visit and skincare absorbed quicker and makeup application was much smoother, if I had to wear any at all. I was in Sephora a few days after and received so many compliments and skin was described as “poreless”. I highly recommend and cannot wait to see her again.
