Bad experience with injection procedures!!!!! I love Dr.Richards with all my heart- he is the best doctor and human being. I have done breast augmentation ( beautiful results and experience) also I refer my friends- the girls happy also with results . But please dont do any toxin injections . Rebbie convinced me to do Xeomin instead of Botox - worst experience ever she dropped my eye brow and made my look sad and sleepy/ also she made my face uneven- she worked 20 min on one cheek and only 5 min one right one - my face look weird especially when I smile . When I came to fix it I talk with Brandi, she convinced me to wait so the toxin settle and then we will fix uneven check ( she just tried to calm me down ) then I came back after 2 weeks ( $$ for Xeomin were refunded but whats the point I'm struggling with my eyebrows and wearing hat all the time) . Brandi didn’t want to make my face even and try to convince me that this is my face(even if this so ) why did I came to esthetician to pay - obviously to make it better not worst - I give up - they left me with weird face filings before holiday.

My first time coming to Richard Cosmetics for lip fillers was top tier. I was seen by Jordan for the procedure. He listened to my goals and delivered exactly that. I highly recommend him. The place was beautiful and very clean

I recently replaced my implants with smaller ones along with a lift with Dr. Richards. I'm recovering very well, staff amazing and I highly recommend him, he is like an artist and did an amazing job. Cant wait to see my results in a few weeks!

Jordan Christensen at Richards Cosmetic Surgery has been my go-to for lip fillers and Botox for over five years. He has always communicated well to make sure he understood the exact look I desire during the initial conversation/consultation, and executes that look perfectly each time. I am really extremely upset and disappointed with dr Richard’s I never thought I would have been writing this. So many years of coming to this office referring friends and getting procedures done. I finally saved up to get my breast lift and augmentation. In December of 2023, I came in for a consult I wanted a high profile with lift. I was then a 450 silicone doctor recommended me to go bigger to a 650. I went ahead and proceeded with surgery here I am a year later after a small scar revision he gave me later 2024 I am very unsatisfied with the outcome. On my right boobie id did not drop. He is now recommending I go even bigger to 800 for that “look that I want”. That’s extremely crazy! I feel he has not listened to me what I ever wanted he goes with what he thinks. The scars are even worse than what I came with. If he couldn’t do what I wanted why from the beginning didn’t tell me you couldn’t? I spent 12k and now have to save up to get a revision somewhere else. As a single month of 2 bc of deceased their father, I am extremely sad and my self-esteem has increased more. To anyone looking for a doctor for a breast lift, I DO NOT recommend dr Richard’s. I will insert a picture so you guys get an idea and this picture is without a bra. 🥺

My experience at Richard’s was great. I saw Jordan for lip fillers, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. He takes the time to talk to you first & ask you what your goals are (in my case, it was just for my lips). He’s super personable, knowledgeable, kind, funny and my lips look amazing. It’s so important to trust the person working on your face! I will absolutely be going to Richards Cosmetic and seeing Jordan for all my further injectable/cosmetic needs.

Super kind staff on the whole. However, I felt rush on surgery day. This made me feel very uncomfortable which I expressed, but no one acknowledged it... I got the "oh she is anxious"... comment! It was one nurse in particular, but everyone followed her. Do not know her name, but would recognize her. She needs to use better bed side manners when someone is personally paying for these services. Let me explain. I was called in early for my surgery. I was 5 mins late because a dump truck dropped very large rocks on the freeway and a police officer stopped traffic to move them to the side of the road. Inspite of this I did my best not to dispute the doctor's schedule... Like I said I was just 5 mins later. I cannot express how important it is to be heard as a client. I believe the operating staff should of acknowledge the feelings/emotions and WORDS I was expressing before going under anesthesia! Overall surgery went well and I am happy with my results. But it has only been 5 days.

If I could rate them higher I would! I had my surgery a couple weeks ago and the staff took care of me better than I could’ve imagined. I’m from out of town and they made everything so easy and so accessible for me so I didn’t have to keep traveling back and forth. I couldn’t see myself going anywhere else!

I came to Dr. Richard’s Dec 4 th for surgery for breast implants ! I’m 2 weeks post op so far so good !!!! Like really good!!!!!!! 💕😍 I’m in love with my results !!!!! The entire experience was more than GREAT! His entire team was so kind from the first phone call! I had called so many places prior and they were not as friendly or helpful . Once I booked I was able to actually speak to Dr Richard’s ! And ask him questions and he was honest and up front and gave me realistic feedback! Once I flew to Las Vegas I met with him and again his entire team was sooooooooo kind !!!! And friendly !!!! The environment was Aesthetically BEAUTIFUL and very CLEAN !!!! It was a relief to feel so comfortable! I was nervous in general about surgery and hoping I got the best results but they made me feel comfortable and confident! Now to the good part!!!! The results turned out amazing !!!! I’m in love and so thankful they came out in my opinion PERFECT!!!!!! Thank you Dr. Richard’s!!!!! Thank you to his Amazing Staff!!!!!! God bless you all !!!!! I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Dr. Richards and his incredible team. From the consultation appointment to post-op care, everything was absolutely seamless. I am beyond thrilled with my results! The pre-surgery preparation and care were unmatched—easily the best I’ve ever experienced. Everyone on the team was so kind, friendly, and professional. Dr. Richards and his staff went above and beyond to make me feel safe, secure, and comfortable every step of the way. They took the time to answer all of my questions and even scheduled a second appointment so my husband could come in and ask his questions, which meant so much to us. I have been looking for over 10 years for a great surgeon to help me with some items that require a skilled and experienced doctor. Dr Richards was very knowledgeable and made me feel secure and welcomed into their facility. I will be having my procedure in October and excited to finally live pain free. I saw Diana after my initial consultation for some skin care and she was amazing. Her skills and professionalism were bar none. I’m definitely excited to continue as a permanent client of both Dr Richards and Diana. Las Vegas has a wide range of plastic surgeons. However; I have never met such an amazing team of professionals and I highly recommend any one looking for that perfection to meet the staff and Dr Richards. You will not be sorry and you will be equally impressed. The office environment is warm and friendly.

I would recommend this entire clinic to anyone. It started @ my consult (that I waited 8 months for). It was GREAT. Doc was very open to why I wanted implants & if I needed a lift or not with measurements & all. I thought it was very honest of him to tell me I didn’t need a lift (their loss on $ essentially) and that was admirable. Misty was my consult nurse and she was personable & very open the entire process. Day of, the anesthesiologist was informative & actually funny in the OR. My post OP nurse was kind & helpful w my pain & nausea. They’re well priced without a “cheap” outcome. Please consider them for any breast augs 😊

Dr. Richard’s does incredible work and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone! I had a breast augmentation done by him 10 years ago and even after 2 kids, I still am so pleased with his work. I’ve now just had a tummy tuck completed by him a little over 2 weeks ago and I’ve never been so in love with my body. The confidence I’ve gained is unbelievable and I know as I continue to heal the results will only get better. His staff, especially Misty has been amazing to work with. She is so kind, compassionate and was always just a phone call or email away, even on the weekends. Thank you so much Dr. Richards and Misty for being there every step of the way and of course for my dream body!!!

Perfection couldn't even describe my experience. Hands down I highly recommend over and over time and time again if you are contemplating having a breast augmentation done. They are hands down the best. From my patient coordinator Misty to my nurse CJ to Dr. Richards himself; from hospitality, open information, care, and then over and beyond. They made this experience smooth and painless. It's something that I wanted for years but still very nervous. They made sure that even my nerves were taken care of. The staff is amazing. I got a breast augmentation done 3 weeks ago and I absolutely love my results. During the initial visit Dr. Richards and his coordinator were patient with me and answered all of my questions. He walked me through the procedure and was very down to earth and kind. He texted me after the surgery to see how I was doing as well. I'd leave 10 stars if I could. My entire experience was amazing.
