I Love how Damian always leave my hair, whenever he blow dries my hair it last for 4 to 5 days which is incredible considering I live in miami and have long thick hair 😍

Betty is amazing. I have been a loyal customer of RikRak for over 15 years. By far the best salon in Miami. Betty is fantastic and you will not find anyone more talented.

I strongly dislike dishonesty. The blowout was good. However, I was told it would be $75. When I went to check out, the front desk said it was $85. I asked why and she said oh did she use the curler? Mind you, the stylist ( “Odaly” ) used the curler for 10 seconds because I told her I didn’t want the curler used for no unnecessary heat on my hair. She purposefully used the curler on me for 10 seconds so she could charge an extra $10. Very dishonest so I won’t be back. When I told the front desk lady what happened, she should have honored the original price.

Wow! What a gem in the heart of Brickell, the salon offers convenience, great value, and a warm and friendly team. Odalys rescued my balayage several months ago and I was hooked. She is incredibly skilled, and so helpful with recommendations for my hair’s needs. Always looking forward to my next appointment

Got my hair “diffused” as a girl with curly hair. It’s hard to trust people because sadly not a lot of people know how to do wavy/ curly hair. I got to this salon all the time for blow outs. Everybody is so sweet and very good. I asked the receptionist for the best and if she’s not in let me know because I want the girl with the best ability with curly hair. Apparently it was Maria… here is the after of my diffusing apt. And when I was clearly upset. I said I wasn’t paying for the service because now I have to re-wash my hair and style it to standard to go out in public. She told me I had to pay for it bc I got a wash, but it was so bad I told her I had to re wash. The mgmt came. And Maria was horrible when she said I didn’t even have curly hair to make it seem like it wasn’t her wrong doing it was mine… here are the photos of my hair after Maria’s apt. And when I do my own diffusing. As you can tell, I have curly hair and the attitude of this woman was horrific and sadly I won’t be going there anymore because of this treatment.

Awful experience. My wife's hair was ruined. They don't know what to do when it comes to blonde hair. After multiple "corrections" it still looks very bad. Warning to all the blondes. Don't come here.

I came to get my hair color corrected after a DIY attempt at home. Betty did a fantastic job giving me a fresh haircut and also added highlights to make it look more natural which was greatly appreciated. The service is great and the staff is very friendly. Great experience here.

I had the best experience at Rik Rak]! Marcel did an incredible job with my haircut, giving it the perfect shape and flow I was hoping for. Then Damien worked his magic on my highlights, and the color is absolutely stunning—natural yet vibrant! Both Marcel and Damien were professional, attentive, and so friendly, making the whole experience enjoyable and relaxing. I left feeling pampered and thrilled with my new look. Highly recommend this salon and their amazing team! Also love Raquel (the owner’s) fashion style with her boutique, such fun items!

I’ve been going to Damian for 9 years, and he’s truly the best! He’s done everything for my hair over the years—color, cuts, and treatments like the Brazilian blowout—and it always turns out amazing. He has a real eye for color, making sure it complements my look perfectly, and his cuts are always spot on. This place is so cool! It has everything you need for a day of pampering. I was lucky enough to get Chloe, because this girl has some serious skills with color. Not only was the final result magnificent, but she started out by talking me through what color would look best with my skin tone, and her confidence and kindness was just amazing and left me relaxed knowing I was in good hands. She was 100% right on the color, because I have never been so in love with my hair. She was also extremely efficient, and checked in all the time to make sure I was comfortable. I could not have had a more wonderful experience. The rest of the people were also so kind and had a great vibe. I wish I had time after to stay and check out the cute coffee bar and boutique, but I will definitely be back. 10/10, best salon I've been to.

After 11 years going to Rik Rak yesterday was the last time. My husband had an appointment for a hair cut with Marcelo and before a facial with a new lady because Lety left, the new lady evidently was learning and took so much time to do a terrible job, Marcelo didn’t wait for him so another lady cut his hair, it is an understatement to say she ruined his hair. After all the awful experience he was charged double the price he used to pay. Last time. Me and my family will never go back.

Maria Herrera is an amazing, gifted stylist & colorist with loads of experience and is also such a sweet, friendly, upbeat person who is a joy to spend time with. She also does lashes & makeup, very full service! Andrea gives the best pedicures (and does facials as well). She is such a kind person, always gentle but thorough and I implicitly trust her to take the best care of me! Rik Rak is a very well run, one-stop, high quality salon.

After a horrific manicure experience at a “highly rated” salon down the street, I was relieved to find Adrianna! She did a very careful, thorough manicure and I love the results. From start to finish, my experience at rik rak was a breath of fresh air and relaxing. Will be back 😁
