My experience was amazing, and I love my hair 😃🤗🥰. She promised me that my very sensitive scalp wouldn't burn🤔🫣.. Well, it did Not!!! Omg, the young lady who shampooed my hair is THE BEST!!!! If you're looking, look no more!!! Teamwork, and I was out in a timely manner.

Rikki is professional, courteous and made me feel very comfortable. I had hair anxiety and she insured me I was in good hands. She absolutely proved her self. Best relaxer experience I've ever had! No burning, no pain. Takes her time and is extremely meticulous The cut and style is flawless! Her staff is also very nice and talented. Rikki Burke Salon made my day!

I was scheduled for an in person consultation. The stylist called me the day of to say that she didn’t have any other appointments and due to living on the opposite side of town from her salon she will like to do the consultation by phone. I completed the consultation by phone. She informed me to send her pictures of hair color I want. I sent pictures later the same day (Sunday). I followed up via text Tuesday asking how to schedule the appointment since she stated hair coloring is not a listed service due to prices varying. I never received a response back. Today is Thursday. At minimum acknowledge a potential clients message was received. I will take my business elsewhere.

Rikki gave me the BEST haircut ever! She is so skilled and knowledgeable! When I walked into her shop, I literally looked like the Crypt Keeper from Tales From The Crypt LBVS (I have very thin hair). She did her thing on this head! I left her shop feeling so confident and cute. As long as she’s in Dallas, I’m not going anywhere else. Thank you God for sending me to her. Her hands are DEFINITELY anointed! Do you hear me?!! ANOINTED HUNTI!!!! Can’t nobody tell me I ain’t cute….TUH!!! 🤣❤️❤️❤️❤️ I’m not adding pics right now, because I’m currently looking like a lashless crack head…But I’ll be back! Trust and believe!

My experience was great! I finally got my lashes done the way I like them. I also got a nice hair trim. It was nice being able to receive both services in one place. Rikki did a great job. I will be back. 👍🏽

It's hard to rate a place when you make an appointment and it's not even honored. I had a 5 pm appointment for lashes, I arrive 5 minutes early into a disorderly scene. They reluctantly ask me what I was in for and I told them and they had me sit. They went to the woman who was doing lashes, but she didn't recognize my name. I told her somebody called earlier to inquire about the type of lashes but of course she hadn't given her name. They realized it must've been Rikki. I waited 20 minutes and finally left and nobody said bye or sorry or anything. I felt uncomfortable and out of place the entire time.

This is my third time back and Amber does my silk presses. She always has me leaving flawless! I don't trust too many with my hair, especially my real hair, and she is a keeper. She is actually the first person to ever do my real hair.... shout out to you boo! Will not let another one touch it now.
