Riley is A-MAZ-ING. She gave me my dream hair at an extremely fair price! No other hairdresser in my life has been able to bring out the natural waves and curls in my hair the way she did, and her coloring skills are unmatched. She also provided me with invaluable hair tips. Thank you Riley!

I’ve been going to Riley for a year now and she does my hair SO WELL!! The student discount makes it so so so affordable. Riley has an electric personality and is always willing to help with hair concerns. She told me to switch to a different shampoo and use tea tree oil for my itchy scalp and completely solved my hair problems. Honestly debating on living in LA post grad just to go to Riley. If you are considering getting your hair cut with her, I would 100% say to go for it.

The haircut was good. I am an Asian but I speak English fluently. Riley said “I’m surprised you’re from Korea. I thought you were more of a twinky.” Shocked, I replied “A what?” To which she stated, “You know, a banana!” During my time in the US I’ve never personally experienced racism. However I was shocked at the amount of audacity, lack of respect, and disregard for boundaries this woman showed. A good haircut means nothing when the stylist is downright rude.

Went in for a hair consultation and chatting with Riley was so enlightening! She's really knowledgeable about hair care, the industry, and finding the right products for your hair type. She patiently listened to all my concerns and always had something useful to say. She's also really easy and funny to talk to! Definitely recommend paying her a visit - one of my most memorable experiences at a salon!

I make the 40 minute trek from Pasadena because Riley is the only one I trust with my hair! Riley offers great judgment, conversation, music recs, advice and prices. I've gone to her for several years and have always left feeling confident and with exactly what I asked for; she has the ability to "read" your hair. Would highly recommend to anyone!

I have been going to her for over 20 years now and I'm here to tell you there's literally nobody better. In fact, I live 1200 miles away from her now and twice a year we book flights down to Los Angeles just to go to her because we won't trust anyone else with any major work with our hair. All other attempts to get anything local or to go to anyone else anywhere else have never been up to par. Nothing compares to Riley. She is a diamond in the rough and you would be crazy not to try her out. She is one of the most creative stylists I've ever seen. The work that she does is incredible. Treat yourself to the best. You have no idea how good you actually can look until you let Riley show you.
