This is one of the worst hair coloring experiences I’ve ever had. Sofia, the stylist, rushed through the process, finishing my hair in just 1 hour and 30 minutes. The result? A bright yellow-orange disaster. I was speechless at the time, but after someone at work asked if I did my hair myself, I knew I had to post about it. I can’t believe I spent $330 + tip on something I’m confident I could have done better myself

I have been seeing Rocky Boyle for 10 years now, and I can't let anyone else cut or color my hair. She was previously a master stylist / teacher at Cinta Aveda salon in downtown. I cannot recommend Rocky highly enough. She is worth EVERY penny and more!!

This salon is a standout in a town full of overpriced, pretentious salons. It’s so centrally located right on Union street. I drive in from Marin because I love the amazing work my hair colorist Cassia does. She’s the absolute best hair colorist you”ll find. She’s meticulous in getting the Color right, listens and really cares that you walk out feeling and looking your best! She also does amazing Brazilian blowouts for a fraction of what you’ll pay at any other salon in SF. Love her and 💕 this salon!!!

5 stars for my experience here! I came in today for a Brazilian Blowout with Cassia, and had a wonderful experience with her. She's super sweet, very thorough with the process and she handled my hair with so much care...my hair is now FANTASTIC! I also love how encouraging and positive Cassia was with my hair, I've seen some stylists who are always doom and gloom (I have hair with PCOS, and its never fun to work with them!). Cassia also helped me with recommendations! I'll be back here again soon. The price for brazilian blowout was also affordable. Everyone at the salon is all smiles and super friendly! I love the location too, that part of town is favorite for me whenever I want to get something done for myself. Recommend going to Ringolevio and working with Cassia!

Always book with Sarah! All of my crazy ideas she executes! LOVE how my hair came out . She is very professional, friendly, and loves her work . A true artist, I come to her with all my hair needs. 10/10 recommend, the salon is super cute and has a fun ambiance about it .

Another salon canceled on me and I decided to make last-min effort to get my hair cut anyway so I wandered in on Monday morning to see if there was any availability. Ney welcomed me in graciously, offered me a hot beverage, let me know he had a color client coming in soon, and said he could fit me in while the color was left in. 2 minutes later I ripped a tea bag and spilled some loose leaf tea leaves all over the floor and Ney was again SO gracious with me about clean-up. I waited for 15 min max before he called me up, and he worked VERY efficiently to get my hair washed, cut, and then styled. I know he was under time pressure and had other clients (who took the time to make an appt) to answer to, and I'm so grateful he made things work with my schedule. I came in with long limp hair that hadn't been cut in nearly a year and left with fluffy volume. Thank you Ney!

I went to see Blair a couple of weeks ago to get my previously very damaged blonde hair colored brown and cut. She has made my hair look the best it’s ever looked in years, since i started dying it. I definitely recommend going to here.

Nataliya is the worse! Avoid this person! Ringolevio has amazing professionals( Bob and Helene are great) but definitely not her! I’ve booked a highlights that turned orange, she started to tone darker to correct, it didn’t cover so she asked me to come in the other day since she had another client. I was sitting by the window looking at the mirror and she even said for me do not stay there so I would “find” more things to correct in the hair. She text me 10:45 pm, the correction would be in the morning, saying it was going to have an “extra” cost of. $65?! I’ve paid $135 for not getting done! Than $65 To finish a service that was not finalized since she had no time for it! what kind of professional text you 10:45 at night to “let you know of an extra cost”?! Why not before I pay? Worse of all! Her service is amateur and her behavior dishonest! I wouldn’t have paid or left until my hair was done if I knew this. I’m flying and won’t have time to find another person to do it in time! Seriously Ringolevo has great professionals, this one doesn’t belong to it! She was saying bad things about Helene Rene, her colleague, and actually was the one who helped her to wash my hair! All the time asking me if the other colleagues who speaks Portuguese were “talking about her”, since I speak it. This person just came to the salon to bring this vibe?

Nelaine is AMAZING. Best haircuts and beautiful color/highlights. I get balayage style highlights and she makes them look so natural. She's better than most stylists at top salons in the city where I used to pay an arm and a leg.

Terrible!! I didn't like what Kamiran did to my hair at all! I kindly asked for my money back since it wasn't a good job at all and he was making fun of me for doing that and he even called me pathetic. I went out of the salon with my hair wet as well since the guy was hurry!
