I had my first appointment today with Carissa! I initially had extensions put in while in Texas and I needed a couple things fixed. I googled and read and compared multiple options and decided to give Rinse Salon + Extension Bar a try due to the amazing reviews they have. I could not be happier! She was absolutely amazing and one of the most acknowledgeable stylist I have ever met. She showed me options and what we could do for future appointments with my hair / extensions etc. What she fixed was even better than what I received back home, and I loved my stylist there. I definitely recommend her and have officially found my Oklahoma Stylist!

I had a haircut done by someone else at another salone I did not like. I went to see Maddie and she was able to save my hair and give me the cut I was wanting! I also got highlights for the first time and they came out great. I really love my hair, and I will be back in the future. I thought her prices were very reasonable as well. Thanks Maddie!

I just moved to Oklahoma and was looking for a new salon. I came here to get my extensions moved up 2 rows and paid 350 shocked how expensive it was at this salon. The salon had such a negative vibe with gossip about the owner. When I went to reschedule my appointment it took three days to get back to me. Highly disappointed with this salon.

Last time I colored my hair was Dec 2022 and I used a very dark box dye that grew out and faded really orange/red. I had my son in Dec 2023 and I was ready to get my hair done as it was very long but mostly dead and discolored. Richelle took her time to really understand what I was wanting, showed me swatches of what she thought my hair would look like once applying the color, and cut all the dead hair off. This was my first time going to her but she made me feel like I’ve been her client before and I left loving my new hair! Here is the before and after!

1st thing: They told me each section was $115 each on the phone,on-line and so did the stylist. Before installing she had me pay orbthe hair and it was $131 each because there was a $16 restocking fee on each one. 2nd thing: Once installed it looked terrible,didn't match my hair color at all. They didnt even match eachother. The blonde had a strawberry tint to it and the other didnt. I asked for them to be taken out. She then insisted on cutting them to change my mind. Insisted it would look better. I already couldn't get my money back for the hair because she already ran my card saying someone might buy them real quick. 3nd thing: She proceeded to cut them anither $50 and it was very blocky and choppy looking nothing like what the ends of extensions should look like. None of the hair blended so I insisted once again that she take the extensions out. $600 later I left the salon very unhappy with the hair in a bag. Nothing was done to try and help fix the situation. Update: I pad $131 per piece before taxes. 3 pieces at the $115 I was quoted would have been $345 before taxes but my total was $422. I asked her why it was so much and she stated it was because of the $16 restocking fee for each one making each piece $131 each. I did complain during that checkout. You state that she told me to not go with the colors that were chosen. The entire reason there were two colors is that she suggested to blend the two colors. You also state she said a blowout is part of it no you know that is untrue. I came in asking right away if she could do a blowout before installing extensions and thT I had ketchup in my hair from waotressing the night before. That was my suggestion. She suggested it after I kept complaining that I was unhappy with the extensions. The glaze was only ever mentioned after I asked the second time that the extensions be removed. It wouldnt matter how great that glaze did the cutring of the extensions was terrible. I complained several times to her. The solution was not to pay another $100 for a wash and glaze when i was already unhappy woth rhe $600 spent. You all knew I was unhappy with it thats why she went and got two of you from the office and why you said you'd handle the payment and my stylist left. You guys lying about what happened and not taking responsibility is the entire problem.

Julian saved me in a pinch!!! Love love love this individual! This lovely soul stayed late to make me look good for a date I traveled 3 hours for when no one else would!!! I will return here !! Atmosphere and staff are amazing!!!!!!

My wife and I just moved to the Edmond area and this was the closest salon, but it is awesome! The atmosphere is amazing, and Macy is a hoot to have cut your hair. Highly recommended

Okay so Julian was my stylist and he did AMAZING! The consultation was very thorough and he explained how to care and maintain the extensions as well as styling tips! I was super impressed with his craftsmanship, the extension rows were hand tied and the work was clean and seamless! He gave me a great haircut that helped blend everything together. Additionally, he is just a super nice person and great to chat with! Overall this was an awesome experience and I would definitely recommend :D

I booked a consult with Richelle for hair extensions and the amount of education she provided me with, I knew I was going to book with her. The day of my appt, she was so excited, as was I, but the entire experience was amazing. She is an absolute professional and pulls off some serious magic. She gave me so much more confidence and I’m so obsessed with my results! For anyone needing any and all things hair, run to her! 10/10!

I recently made a trip to get my hair done by Macy Morris here at the Rinse Salon and I am so glad I did! I made sure to let Macy know I needed something low maintenance that would fit my busy lifestyle while also fitting my smaller budget. I have been doing a Demi toner to match my natural color but dirty blonde isn’t for me anymore especially with Spring coming! We all know a full head of highlights can be pricey but Macy worked with my budget and gave me a gorgeous, brightened head of hair while still saving me some in my pocketbook. While she was doing my hair she explained the technique she was doing that she had learned recently. This technique helped to give me the appearance of all over blonde while preventing having to do a full head of highlight. She is seriously the best hair stylist I have been to and I will gladly continue to make the hour drive just so I know my hair is in good hands!

Julian was wonderful today styling my two daughters’ hair for prom. They were ecstatic with the results. Julian is always kind, warm, and professional. We will definitely continue to book with him. While in today, we observed a VERY NASTY client who was absolutely horrible to her stylist, Skylar. Kept repeating she was a stylist with 30 yrs experience. Shame on her for how she behaved. If she posts a negative review, I promise it is all lies. Skylar was nothing but professional the entire time.

if you are looking for a new salon, i highly recommend Rinse! all the girls are super sweet and helpful. cass has been the only one i have trusted with my hair for years but just recently went to Skyler while cass is on maternity leave. Skyler was so sweet and was very accommodating and someone i would also trust with my hair ;) they also give the best spray tans in town! definitely a one stop shop for all your beauty needs 🤍

Everything about this place is incredible! I see Miranda and she is an absolute gem. She is honest about what we can do with my hair while balancing all of my wants and wishes (and making it better than I could ever dream). Everyone I have met at this salon is just happy to be there and help you feel your best. Highly highly recommend!
