Whenever i See Wania or Joana name cards i know for certain it’s gonna be a great wax for me they are so fast and prompt with waxing services but without a rushed feeling and they pay close attention to details no complaints or missed spots when it comes to them i’ve been coming consistently every month for 3 years for a cocoa brazilian and underarm wax service is phenomenal ❤️❤️❤️

Love Ms. Joana down. She has some of the gentlest hands and she is always quick but thorough. Today was my second appt (full body wax with Brazilian cocoa) with her and I am sold! I have already set my appt for next month and will continue to do so as long as she is available. The establishment is clean and the room is just the right size. They offer refreshments and are usually playing some type of music. Today it was Christmas themed. The receptionist is always pleasant as well - I believe they have two but I have only encountered the young woman with the long dark hair. No complaints on my end so far.

Went in today at 38weeks pregnant for Brazilian wax and armpit hair removal . The establishment was nice, clean and the essential oils burning smelled therapeutic. I was greeted by a nice receptionist. She immediately took me into the room. Although I’m also a licensed esthetician, I was nervous and requested a bottle water. She brung me one immediately. Then, Joana came in. I wore a sleeveless dress so I wouldn’t have to undress. She got straight to work. Her application to my overgrown hair was great! No pulling or uncomfortable snagging! She always notified me before every tough area pull! She rubbed my belly as my unborn bounced around lol. She made me feel relaxed! She told me not to worry and she got me in and out i literally smiled throughout my service! Lol!! I will be returning and requesting Joana Always!

First time at the cascade location. Wania has poor manners and customer service. She didn’t want to complete the service that I booked in its entirety. I’ve been getting a Brazilian wax for five years. I came to this location because I had an appointment in the area. Wania hummed the entire time. She sung whatever song was playing the entire time. My experience wasnt relaxing at all. She did a poor job. The wax was turned up too high. She burned me a few times. I told her that the wax was hot three or more times. She refused to wax the bikini line correctly. I spoke to the receptionist. Asked her to please call the manager. She did. I had to show her the area that was incomplete. Wania came back in to correct it. She was very rude and sarcastic. I will not be back. I shouldn’t have to beg for a service to be done correctly. I’ve never had a problem like this before.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL !! I USUALLY GO TO THE CAMPCREEK LOCATION CAME HERE TO GET THE FREE UNDER ARM WITH A BRAZILIAN MY WAXER WAS HORRIBLE HARSH AND RUDE ! WHEN SHE SHE DID MY WAX I SKED HER IF SHE COULD ALSO CLEAN UP MY INNER THIGH AND SHE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME NO SHE DONT DO THAT AND THAT IT WOULD BE EXTRA WHEN THAT IS USUALLY INCLUDED IN A BRAZILIAN WAX THEN I WAS BASICALLY HAVING TO TELL HER HOW TO DO HER JOB I ASKED HER WAS SHE NOT GOING TO DO A CLEAN UP W THE OTHER HAIRS ???? Like 0/10 do not recommend & I have a lot of ingrowns because of this im highly upset & her name was Juwana I believe something with an J

I’ve been going Rio Body Wax for about 5 plus years now. When they open the Cascade location I was excited because I didn’t have to go far. They pride themselves on great customer service and cleanliness. My go to wax technician is Joana and she does a phenomenal job every single time! I’ve received services from other wax technicians and they do a great job as well! Who ever is in charge of the playlist I just want to say thank you it’s a great distraction. Also I’ve found cocoa wax to be a little less painful than regular wax. I just wanted to leave my little two cents hopefully that’s helps someone lol ☺️
